A mask assembly is provided for delivering gas to a patient that includes a mask body and a breathing circuit interface. The mask body includes an opening for reception of the gas and includes a seal structure for sealingly engaging with the face of the patient and surrounding at least the nose and mouth of the patient. The breathing circuit interface includes a first portion rotatably connected with the mask body and a second portion that is constructed and arranged to releasably connect with a conduit for delivering the gas to the patient through the opening.

A sizing gauge () is structured to be used with a patient () and is structured to enable an identification of a particular patient interface that is most appropriately sized for the patient. The sizing gauge includes a support portion () and a sizing portion (). The sizing portion includes a first gauge element () and a plurality of second gauge elements (A,B,C). The first gauge element is disposed on the support portion and is structured to be positioned at a first location on the patient's face. The plurality of second gauge elements are disposed on the support portion and are situated at locations spaced from the first gauge element. The distance between the first gauge element and each second gauge element is representative of a size in one direction () of each of at least some of the plurality of patient interfaces. At least one of the plurality of second gauge elements comprises a tactile feature.

A patient interface device storage system includes a patient interface device structured to deliver a flow of breathing gas to a patient, the patient interface device including a mask, and a storage shell having an outer peripheral wall and a bottom wall which together define a cavity. The cavity is sized and configured to receive and hold at least a portion of the mask. The bottom wall includes a first attachment member structured to be selectively engaged with a second attachment member associated with a gas delivery device in a manner such that the storage shell and the patient interface device are coupled to and held by the second attachment member.
