A system, computer program product, and method are presented for administering examinations with adversarial hardening of queries against automated responses. The method include receiving an original query electronically. A response to the original query is to be submitted electronically by a human. The method also includes modifying the original query, thereby generating a modified query. The modified query is configured to be comprehensible by the human, and not properly responded to through electronic means without human support.

Techniques that facilitate three-dimensional (3D) delineation of tumor boundaries via one or more supervised machine learning algorithms are provided. An example embodiment includes a computer-implemented method that includes: extracting, by a computing system operatively coupled to a processor, one or more feature vectors from a time-series evolution of fluorescence distribution observed at a section of bodily tissue of interest, wherein the one or more feature vectors represent a physical model describing on-tissue dye dynamics of the section of bodily tissue; and generating, by the computing system, a classification attribute for the section of bodily tissue represented by the one or more feature vectors, wherein a pre-trained classifier designates the section of bodily tissue as a biopsy or a non-biopsy candidate through execution of the one or more supervised machine learning algorithms.

A system and method for cognitive journey monitoring are presented. Embodiments comprise journey prediction, parsing of data sources, risk assessment and mitigation, and natural-language user interaction by a cognitive processor. Data is gathered from a plurality of data sources and analyzed in the context of one or more of the user's intention(s). A dialogue with the user, in natural language, aims to provide and select one or more suggestions relating to the one or more user intention(s) such that the risk(s) relating to the one or more user's intention(s) is reduced. During the dialogue, cognitive reasoning may be performed, wherein the cognitive reasoning includes the ability to justify each suggestion and the ability to infer information from the interaction such as, for example, data obtained in a dialogue may inform subsequent inferences. The embodiments may use speech synthesis and speech recognition in an interactive spoken dialogue.

Embodiments for implementing intelligent boundary delineation of a region of interest of an organism in two spatial dimensions in a computing environment by a processor. Time series data of a contrast agent in one or more regions of interest captured from multispectral image streams may be collected. One or more regions of interest having one or more perfusion patterns may be identified from the time series data. Boundaries of the one or more regions of interest may be delineated into at least two spatial dimensions, wherein the boundaries of the one or more regions of interest include one or more selected labels.

The price is estimated by the system, based on other parameters, and offered to the user to accept or reject. Contextual data may be gathered and analyzed from a plurality of data sources relating to a journey of a user. A risk associated with the journey may be learned for the user according to the contextual data. One or more risk models may be generated according to the learned risks. One or more potential risks associated with a subsequent journey may be predicted using the one or more risk models.

A system and method for real-time pollution control at a traffic junction are presented. A pollution level may be determined at the traffic junction according to weather, traffic volume, traffic type, pollution measurements, topology, or a combination thereof. A traffic volume threshold may be determined for the traffic junction to maintain the pollution level below a pollution threshold. One or more parameters of the traffic junction may be set to maintain traffic volume below the traffic volume threshold.

Techniques for autonomously optimizing traffic flow amongst one or more traffic junctions are provided. In one example, a computer-implemented method can comprise generating, by a system operatively coupled to a processor, a piece-wise sinusoidal representation of traffic arrival at a first traffic junction. The computer-implemented method can also comprise determining, by the system, an offset a parameter of one or more traffic junctions based on the piece-wise sinusoidal representation and a polynomial objective.
