A remote suppression unit retains a first set of surge suppression modules. A base suppression unit retains a second set of surge suppression modules. An over voltage protection (OVP) board in the remote suppression unit includes power strips that couple the first set of surge suppression modules to remote ends of DC power cables. A configurable terminal assembly in the base suppression unit couples the second set of suppression modules to local ends of the DC power cables. The surge suppression modules in combination with the OVP board and terminal assembly provide more suppression protection in both the remote and base suppression units. A remote voltage monitor circuit in the remote suppression unit measures voltages on remote ends of the DC power cables and transmits the voltages and alarm status to a monitor circuit in the base suppression unit.

Integrated overvoltage protection and monitoring system

A fiber optic cable management system includes a tray configured to reciprocate inside of an enclosure between an inserted position and an extended position. Optical fiber modules are located in the tray and retain optical fiber splitters or optical fiber multiplexer/de-multiplexers. The tray when moved to the extended position moves the optical fiber modules out of the front end of the rack enclosure. This allows a technician to access the back of the modules for maintenance operations without having to access the back end of the enclosure. A flexible cable guide allows the optical fibers connected to the modules to move with the tray into and out of the enclosure. Reflectors can be attached to the connectors to test fiber optic lines between a central office and the cell site location.

Fiber optic cable management system

A printed circuit board (PCB) assembly for use with first and second cables terminated with first and second cable lugs, respectively, wherein each of the first and second cable lugs includes two lug holes defined therein, the includes a PCB and a terminal block. The terminal block includes an electrically insulating base mounted on the PCB, and at least one electrically conductive conductor member mounted on the base and electrically connected to the PCB. The at least one conductor member is configured to engage each of the first and second cable lugs through the four lug holes thereof to electrically in-line terminate the first and second cables at the terminal block.

A suppression system provides more effective protection for communication stations with distributed radio and power systems. The suppression system provides surge protection both locally close to the radio station building where the power plant and telecommunication equipment are located and remotely next to the radios and antennas located outside of the building on the communication tower. Local and remote suppression units may include monitor circuitry that monitor remote and local DC voltage levels and alarm conditions. The alarm conditions may include over-voltage protection failures, intrusions, and/or water infiltration. Displays on both the local and remote suppression units identify the voltage levels and alarm conditions.

Overvoltage protection and monitoring system

A scroll compressor includes a compression mechanism contained within a shell. A non-orbiting scroll is supported for axial displacement relative the shell, and includes an end plate having a wrap extending therefrom and a flange having a bore extending therethrough. A guide member is axially fixed relative the shell and extends through the bore in the flange. A first portion of the guide member is disposed within and generally abuts a first circumferential portion of the bore. A second portion of the guide member is disposed within and generally spaced apart from a second circumferential portion of the bore.

Scroll machine with axially compliant mounting

An axial complaint mounting system for a scroll machine positions the centroid reaction of the mounting system toward the top of a mounting bore extending through the axial compliant scroll member. The mounting system defines a first clearance located near the top of the mounting bore and a second clearance located near the bottom of the mounting bore. The positioning of the centroid reaction for the mounting system is accomplished by designing the second clearance larger than the first clearance.
