A molded equipment pad having a top deck, side walls, underlying reinforcing radial ribs, and underlying reinforcing arc-shaped ribs. The arc-shaped ribs may include a series of concentric arc-shaped ribs that are centered on the center of the equipment pad and that extend toward the side walls of the pad and a number of distributed circular hubs. Alternatively, the arc-shaped ribs may include a series of concentric arc-shaped ribs that are centered on the center of the equipment pad that end short of the side walls, a series of opposing arc-shaped ribs that are centered on the corners of the equipment pad, and a number of distributed circular hubs.

A method comprises: causing a volume of a material in an uncured state to be input into a container; causing a plurality of spikes hosted via a lid to extend into the volume of the material in the uncured state within the container such that the lid closes the container and the lid faces the volume of the material; causing the volume of the material within the container to change from the uncured state to a cured state within the container while the lid is closed such that the volume of the material in the cured state within the container secures the lid to the container via the spikes; and causing an outdoor HVAC condenser unit to rest on the container such that the volume of the material in the cured state within the container extends between the outdoor HVAC condenser unit and the lid.

An HVAC line set duct system includes a line set duct with a channel clip. The duct houses an HVAC line set and includes a channel connector for slidably securing the channel clips along the length of the line set duct. The channel clips have collars that engage tie wraps that in turn secure the HVAC line set to the line set duct. The channel clips are installed onto the line set channel connector by exerting a force perpendicular to the length of the line set duct so that the channel clips snap onto the channel connector and slide along the channel connector.

A condensate overflow detection device includes a frame, a housing, an affixing device, a surface placement mechanism, a float and an actuator. The housing has a bottom and a plurality of pan engagement side surfaces extending upwardly from the bottom, each of which is disposed at a different angle relative to the bottom surface. The housing defines a vent structure passing therethrough that allows water to pass into the housing. The affixing device clamps a pan engagement side surface to a sidewall of a secondary condensate pan. The surface placement mechanism places one of the pan engagement side surfaces opposite from the affixing device. The float, disposed within the housing, has a first position when no water has entered the housing and a second position when a predetermined level of water has entered the housing. The actuator causes an event when the float is in the second position.
