Biometric information is obtained from an individual requesting to print the one or more exam questions and information is read from an embedded tag that identifies a corresponding exam sheet as a unique exam sheet for a specified exam and that identifies that the specified exam is for a particular student. The specified exam is printed on the unique exam sheet in response to a first current time being in a printing time window TWand the biometric information from the individual matching biometric information of one of the one or more designated individuals.

A database of previously stored images of facial features is accessed. In response to i) not recognizing the at least one person the voice-controlled device selects a first set of conversational starters; ii) recognizing the person and recognizing previous communications with the person, the voice-controlled device selects a second set of conversational starters; iii) recognizing the person and not recognizing previous communications with the person, the voice-controlled device selects a third set of conversational starters; or iv) recognizing the at least one person and recognizing previous communications with the person selecting but do not know the person's name selecting a fourth set of conversational starters. The voice controlled device outputs the selected set of conversational starters.

Embodiments for implementing an electronic communication coaching service by a processor are disclosed. An appropriateness of a communication may be interpreted prior to a user sending the communication to another party according a plurality of identified contextual factors. A mistranscription generated by a speech recognition system is identified. A received utterance is matched to a first utterance member within a set of known utterance members. The matching operation matches fewer than the first plural number of words in the received utterance and the received utterance varies in a first particular manner as compared to a first word in a first slot in the first utterance member. The received utterance is sent to a mistranscription analyzer component which increments evidence that the received utterance is evidence of a mistranscription.
