A method for communicating between an internal server system and an external warehouse system for a plurality of articles, the method including receiving an Inventory Snapshot Entity from the external warehouse system, selecting the one or more unique article identifiers from the Inventory Snapshot Entity to be included in an Order Entity, dropping the Order Entity to the external warehouse system, receiving a Return Entity from the external warehouse system, and in response to receiving the Return Entity, updating one or more article databases to indicate receiving one or more articles corresponding to the one or more unique article identifiers.

Systems and methods for third party warehouse integration

The invention provides compositions and methods for detecting and/or modulating TOX3 gene expression and/or biological activity. Such compositions and methods find utility in the detection and/or treatment of certain subsets of cancers, e.g. breast cancer. In particular, the inventive compositions and methods are drawn to production and use of anti-TOX3 antibodies and TOX3 nucleic acids for both detection and modulation of TOX3. The invention also provides for pharmaceutical compositions and methods for the modulation of TOX3 in a subject in need thereof. Further aspects of the invention relate to transgenic mice that either over-express or inducibly express TOX3.

TOX3 as a biomarker for breast cancer

A self-propelled machine that is used to break apart large round bales of straw and disperse the shredded material on a prepared seed bed. The machine includes an engine for power, a round bale chopper to dismember the round bale, a centrifugal fan and a moveable blower chute at least 9 feet long. The blower chute can move 360 degrees in the horizontal plane and 60 degrees in the vertical plane and allows the operator to very precisely control the amount and placement of the shredded material. A second large round bale can be stored and transported on the machine and can easily be moved into position to be shredded. An operator control chair is located at the right rear of the machine and is capable of controlling every aspect of the machine from the single location.

Illuminated jewelry connectable to a wearer as an earring, a clothes pendant or the like includes a light-emitting diode (LED) connected onto an enlarged flat base member at one end of an elongated stem. A miniature battery housing also includes a stem cavity positioned immediately adjacent and generally coextensive with the battery compartment to supportively receive and releasably retain the distal portion of the stem therewithin. The stem and housing are structured so that an electrical circuit is completed between the battery and the LED through the stem when the stem is fully inserted to the bottom of the stem cavity. In this configuration, a gap between the enlarged base member and the housing generally equal to the thickness of the wearer's earlobe or article of clothing is defined. A transparent lens over the LED may be provided to enhance decorative illumination. The stem preferably has two detented positions within the stem cavity, the first a partially inserted position wherein the device may be held for wearing and storage without LED illumination and a second fully inserted position when the LED is illuminated.
