The method may include receiving an indication of an audio request from a user and determining whether a response to the audio request includes medical information associated with a patient. After determining whether the response includes medical information, the medical assistance server may identify an access class of the medical information and a permission level associated with accessing the access class of the medical information. The method may further include determining whether the user is authorized to access the access class based on the permission level and transmitting an indication of the response to the audio request based on determining whether the user is authorized.

Automated voice-activated medical assistance

Methods, systems, and devices for patient monitoring are described. The method may include receiving an alarm indication associated with a default alarm threshold for a measured physiological parameter and detecting that a clinician is accessing the medical device in response to the alarm indication. After detecting that the clinician is accessing the medical device, the medical device may display an alarm message associated with the alarm indication. The method may further include storing an intervention action associated with an action of the clinician in response to the alarm indication.

Closed loop alarm management

Methods, systems, and devices for determining pulseless electrical activity (PEA) are described. The method may include determining by using a first sensor on a person, a heart rate of the person based on sensed electrical activity of the person. A pulse rate of the person may be determined using a second sensor, the pulse rate of the person being based on at least one sensed parameter other than the sensed electrical activity. The method may then include determining a correlation of the determined heart rate and the determined pulse rate and then generating an alert event based at least in part on the correlation being outside of a predetermined threshold.

Methods, apparatuses and systems are described for associating remote physiological monitoring with an at-risk falling condition of a patient. The methods may include receiving movement data of a patient from one or more sensors. The methods may also include determining a patient posture and a patient activity level based, at least in part, on the received movement data, and determining that an at-risk condition is satisfied by the patient posture or the patient activity level. Once it is determined that the at-risk condition is satisfied, the methods may also include issuing an alert based, at least in part, on the determination that the at-risk condition is satisfied.
