Various embodiments provide a solar collecting streetlamp. The streetlamp includes a lamp top having solar collectors and one or more light sources. A post is included which supports the lamp top. Disposed around the post is a shell defining an air gap. The shell is configured to supply air from the base of the post to the lamp top. The streetlamp can include a gyromagnetic generator to help move the air through the air gap towards the lamp top.

Solar powered streetlamp solar collector

Solar powered lamp posts are described. One post includes one or more solar panel assemblies located in an inverted pyramid cavity. The solar panel assemblies are configured to generate energy, for example, by collecting sun light. One or more drone charging stations are also provided which can charge a drone using the energy generated. The post also feature one or more light emitters powered by the energy generated. The post may also include a pyramid structure which supports the solar panel assemblies and the drone charging stations. The pyramid structure can include the solar panel assemblies on outward facing sides and open up to expose the drone charging stations. The solar panel assemblies may include a broom panel array. The array has a multiple power generating panels and a socket which secures each of the power generating panels in a radial direction from a central focal point.

Solar powered street lamp

A light-collecting unit having an inverted pyramid shape is described. The light-collecting unit has one or more outer light-collecting panel facing inward. The light-collecting unit also includes a first plurality of inner, light-collecting panels facing outward and a second plurality of inner, light-collecting panels facing inward. A flower base is configured to support the first plurality of inner, light-collecting panels and the second plurality of inner, light-collecting panels. The first plurality of inner, light-collecting panels is disposed on an outer facing side of the flower base and the second plurality of inner, light-collecting panels is disposed on an inner facing side of the flower base. The light-collecting unit may also include a light emitting element, such as an LED or fiber optic cable end. The light emitting element may provide infrared light to the light-collecting unit. The light emitting element may provide the light using pulse-wave modulation.

Pyramidal wall sections

Solar panel assemblies and wall sections using such assemblies are described. In one solar panel assembly, there is a mounting post and three or more triangular shaped panels. Each triangular shaped panel is a solar panel responsive to a first spectrum of light and transparent to a second spectrum of light. The solar panel assembly also includes hinges which connect the triangular shaped panels to the mounting post. The at least three triangular shaped panels can move between a flat configuration and an inverted pyramid configuration. In a further embodiment of the solar panel assembly, the triangular shaped panels form a first solar panel layer, and the assembly also includes one or more additional solar panel layers. Each of the additional solar panel layers being responsive to an associated spectrum of light.

A method of producing a wall section is described. The method includes vacuum forming a carbon fiber sheet to a pyramidal mold core to create a first layer having a plurality of pyramidal shapes. A conductive frame is disposed on the carbon fiber sheet. A first set of solar panel post slots are trimmed from the first layer. Vents are cut in the carbon fiber sheet to expose frame connectors. The carbon fiber sheet is clamped to the conductive frame and wrapped around the conductive frame and over the first layer to create a second layer. A second set of solar panel post slots are trimmed from the second layer so as to overlap the first solar panel post slots. The second layer is trimmed to expose locking post slot areas. The method also includes affixing locking posts to the peaks of the plurality of pyramidal shapes.
