Heated airflow and air filtration apparatus for multi-function sanitization, disinfection and sterilization

A multi-function product disinfection cabinet preferably includes a sealed test cabinet, a high level disinfection system, a dehumidifier, an electrical function tester and a bar code reader. The sealed test cabinet preferably includes a sealed test chamber, a rear dehumidifier chamber and a rear droplet chamber. The high level disinfection system includes an aerosol blower, an aerosol generator, aerosol tubing and an aerosol control module. The aerosol blower blows a treatment substance from the aerosol generator into the sealed test chamber. The dehumidifier preferably includes components of an air conditioner. Air blowing upward from a chamber air blower dries products disinfected and tested in the sealed test chamber. An electrical function tester preferably includes an electronic test module, a plurality of test sockets and a plurality of interface test blocks. The bar code reader is used to read identification information from a cable or component.

Methods and apparatuses for applying agents to objects and packaging objects

A vent bypass system is created by forming a bypass hole through a vent cover door of two adjacent vent cover doors. A tube flange is extended from a bottom surface of the vent cover door, concentric with the bypass hole. A first vent cover door covers an entry vent and the second vent cover door covers an exit vent. One end of a flexible tube is secured to one of the two tube flanges and the other end of the flexible tube is secured to the other one of the two tube flanges. Air/gas blown into the room will bypass circulating through the room by going through the flexible tube from the entry vent to the exit vent. Any suitable means to connect the various vents can be used, such as, but not limited to any pipe, hose, tube, conduit, or the like.

A method and apparatus for cleaning and treating HVAC systems with a deployed agent preferably includes an aerosol generating device, a plurality of vent sealing devices, an outlet connection conduit and an inlet connection conduit. The HVAC system includes at least one supply duct and at least one return duct. The aerosol generating device includes an inlet and an outlet. The outlet is connected to a return vent of the at least one return duct with the outlet connection conduit. A supply vent of the at least one supply duct may be connected to the inlet with the inlet connection conduit. However, the inlet does not have to be connected to the supply vent if the aerosol generating device is retained in an enclosure. A booster chamber may be used to increase the flow rate of the deployed agent from the aerosol generating device.

A multi-function product disinfection cabinet preferably includes a sealed test cabinet, a high level disinfection system, a dehumidifier and an electrical function tester. The sealed test cabinet preferably includes a sealed test chamber, a rear dehumidifier chamber and a rear droplet chamber. The high level disinfection system includes an aerosol blower, an aerosol generator and an aerosol control module. The aerosol blower blows a disinfectant from the aerosol generator into the disinfection chamber. A pivoting cable holder for a multi-function disinfection cabinet preferably includes a pivoting cable tube, a mounting bracket, a motor with gear reduction, a motor controller and two snap switches. The mounting bracket is attached to an outside sidewall of a disinfection chamber. The pivoting cable tube rotates in the disinfection chamber. The motor rotates the pivoting cable tube. The motor controller and two snap switches are used to control directional rotation of the motor.

An improved apparatus and methods are presented for a new and improved ultrasonic aerosol generation apparatus and air/gas and deployed aerosol movement system, which is able to increase and improve the reliability and quality of coverage and treatment of the various targeted surfaces within an enclosed space, with the generated and deployed disinfecting aerosol, by providing an improved system to detect one or more of any layers and stratifications of gas(s) and deployed aerosols within the atmosphere of the treated area(s) at any time, and a means to remove and effectively disrupt, the said layers, so the deployed aerosol can effectively treat the targeted area(s), as well as additional enhancements to the systems used for processing the atmosphere in the targeted area(s) after the treatment cycle has completed deploying the aerosol, such as improving the cleaning of the dehumidification device, and the effective operation of the dehumidification and filter components.

An ultrasonic aerosol generation apparatus preferably includes an aerosol generation case, a case cover, at least one outlet pipe, an air feed manifold, at least one, transducer, transducer power supply, and microprocessor based controller. The aerosol generation case preferably includes a fluid reservoir and a transducer chamber. The case cover is attached to a top of the aerosol generation case. Each outlet pipe preferably includes an outer base tube, an inner tube and an exhaust tube. The at least one outlet pipe is attached to the case cover over the at least one transducer. The air feed manifold includes an inlet tube, a supply tube and at least one exhaust pipe tube. The supply tube communicates with the transducer chamber and the at least one exhaust pipe communicates with the at least one outlet pipe. The microprocessor based controller is used to monitor, power, and/or control, the above mentioned components.
