There is a housing; a first collet assembly coupled to the housing, including: a clamping member having a slotted interior with sloped sides that create a narrowing interior towards a front face of the clamping member; a collet trapped within the slotted interior of the clamping member and oriented towards the front face, wherein a diameter of the collet is smaller than a length of the slotted interior such that the collet travels along the slotted interior; and a mechanism functionally coupled to the clamping member that moves the clamping member relative to the collet between a first mode and a second mode, wherein in the first mode the sloped sides pinch the collet more than the sloped sides pinch the collet in the second mode.

Mounting device

An audio filtering and power extraction apparatus for filtering out audio signal and extracting power from a combined signal and direct-current power line, with an input configured to couple to a combined signal and direct-current power line, a filtering extractor system functionally coupled to the input, a DC sensing switch circuit, and a second order low-pass filter functionally coupled to the DC sensing switch circuit, the second order low-pass filter including, an inductor, a capacitor and resistor in series with each other, and an output functionally coupled to an output of the filtering extractor system and through which output extracted power is provided.

Power filtering device

A mount, mount assembly, and speaker mount. That includes: a mount body with flange; a tower assembly including: a trigger, a dog; a bias member biasing the dog towards the mount body; a path guide guiding the dog along the tower assembly. The path guide allows/forces the dog to be oriented according to: a first orientation wherein the foot is pointed directly towards the mount body and substantially aligned with the tower assembly, and a second orientation wherein the foot is not so pointed and aligned such that the toot does interfere with travel of the mount through an aperture when the dog is in a second position that is spaced closer to the mount body than the first position. The dog changes between positions by operation of the bias member and not by a screw.

There is a speaker mount, comprising: a flange; a support member coupled to the flange and having an elevated region spaced therefrom and a closer region closer to the flange than the elevated region, the closer region including a mating structure; and a tab assembly movably coupled to the support member. The tab assembly including: a tab; a coupling member that couples to the mating structure of the support member; and a spacing mechanism coupled to each of the tab and the coupling member that selectably changes an effective spacing between the tab and the coupling member such that the change in effective spacing results in a change in effective distance between the tab and the flange.

Speaker mount and assembly

An embodiment includes a walking stick. The walking stick includes a rod assembly, a water purification assembly, and a manual pump. The rod assembly extends from a first end to a second end that is opposite the first end along a longitudinal direction of the rod assembly. The rod assembly includes at least one rod portion. The water purification assembly is integrated with the rod assembly. The manual pump is configured to impose a pressure gradient in the water purification assembly. The manual pump includes a plunger that is physically coupled to a handle portion. Motion of the plunger relative to the water purification assembly draws water into an inlet tube that is positioned in the rod portion and through the water purification assembly. The motion of the plunger results from translation of the handle portion in substantially the longitudinal direction of the rod assembly.

Automated systems, methods and devices for refinishing surfaces on equipment (such as skis and snowboards), engaging the equipment and retracting ski brake arms are disclosed. The disclosure includes applying wax on at least skis and snowboards and may provide kiosks where skiers and boarders can deposit their equipment in a track and have appropriate wax for current snow conditions applied to the equipment.

Snow sport equipment waxing device and method

A mount, speaker mount, mount assembly, and method of disengagement thereof including a speaker baffle; a support member; a movable tab with a finger that extends away from the support member and/or shaped to engage with a surface when the speaker mount is installed, thereby causing the tab to tip relative to the support member. Each of the tab and the support member include mating teeth that, when engaged to each other when the tab tips due to the finger engaging with a surface, prevent travel of the tab from the closer region to the elevated region. There is an aperture through the baffle that provides access to apply pressure to a bottom of the tab to allow for an object to be inserted therein to disengage the mating teeth.

Speaker mount and assembly and method of disengagement thereof

A speaker mount, assembly, and method of disengagement including a flange that circumscribes a perimeter of the mount. The speaker mount includes a support member coupled to the flange. The speaker mount includes a tab moveably coupled to the support member. The speaker mount includes a tab bias member functionally coupled to the tab. The speaker mount includes a path guide functionally coupled to the tab and to the support member. The path guide includes a vertical pathing and a rotational pathing that is substantially orthogonal to the vertical pathing. The speaker mount includes a blocking member functionally coupled to the tab such that in a blocking mode the blocking member obstructs free movement of the tab along the path guide and in a free mode does not obstruct.

A multipurpose tool system that can be assembled into multiple configurations by a user. The tool system may comprise a plurality of components, including tool heads, shaft segments, and handle ends. The components of the tool system can be combined in various configurations to provide different functions, at different lengths. Connectors may be utilized to connect the various components of the system using a twist lock mechanism. The connectors may include a tubular sleeve member having a biased locking shaft that interacts with a locking groove.

The invention includes an automated device and method for applying wax to snow sporting equipment. This includes skis and snowboards and provides kiosks where skiers and boarders can deposit their equipment in a track and have appropriate wax for current snow conditions applied to the equipment.

A speaker mounting system comprising a speaker housing configured to house a speaker, a wall mount configured to be mechanically fastened to a wall, and one or more adjustment pieces actuatably connecting the speaker housing to the wall mount. The adjustment pieces may comprise a first adjustment piece fixed to the wall mount and a second adjustment piece slidably and rotatably attached to the first adjustment piece and pivotally attached to the speaker housing. The second adjustment piece may be configured to laterally slide toward and away from the wall mount and to rotate about a first axis and the speaker housing may be configured to rotate or pivot relative to the second adjustment piece about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The speaker mounting system may also comprise a biasing member and locking mechanism for selectively allowing and preventing rotation about the first and second axes.

Truck payload storage enclosure

A coaxial speaker system that minimizes detrimental sound wave reflections from its high frequency speaker. The coaxial speaker system includes a high frequency speaker coaxially mounted within a low frequency speaker. The high frequency speaker includes a sound reproducing membrane, a voice coil assembly and magnet assembly for actuating the sound reproducing membrane in response to an electrical audio signal, and optionally a wave guide horn for directing sound waves produced by the sound reproducing membrane. The wave guide horn has a throat disposed adjacent the sound reproducing membrane and a mouth disposed opposite the throat. The low frequency speaker also includes a sound reproducing membrane assembly and a voice coil assembly and magnet assembly for actuating the sound reproducing membrane assembly in response to an electrical audio signal. At least a portion of the low frequency speaker sound reproducing membrane assembly is positioned adjacent the mouth of the wave guide horn (or adjacent the outer edge of the high frequency speaker sound reproducing membrane when no horn is provided) to inhibit the detrimental effects of sound waves produced by the high frequency speaker that reflect off the low frequency speaker.
