A process includes manufacturing a gas turbine fuel injector body having a stub flange extending radially outward about a circumference of the gas turbine fuel injector body. The stub flange is sized to engage a stepped ledge along a central opening of a mounting flange. The central opening is sized to receive the gas turbine fuel injector body. A gas turbine fuel injector includes a gas turbine fuel injector body and a mounting flange. A method of mounting a gas turbine fuel injector includes placing a stub flange of a gas turbine fuel injector body between a surface of an injector boss and a stepped ledge of a mounting flange. The method also includes securing the gas turbine fuel injector to the injector boss with a plurality of bolts, each bolt extending through a mounting hole in the mounting flange and into a threaded hole in the injector boss.

Gas turbine fuel injectors and processes

An axial fuel staging (AFS) system for a combustor is provided. The AFS system includes a secondary fuel injector, an injector housing surrounding the secondary fuel injector, and a conduit assembly in flow communication with the secondary fuel injector. The conduit assembly includes a first conduit for conveying fuel to the secondary fuel injector, and a second conduit circumscribing the first conduit such that a channel is defined between the first conduit and the second conduit. The first conduit and the second conduit terminate within the injector housing.

An Antilock brake system (ABS) cover for an ABS sensor on a motorcycle to protect the ABS sensor from environmental dust, grime and debris from the roads and other terrains through which the motorcycle travels as well as to cover the somewhat non-symmetrical ABS sensor structure and fill in the unsightly empty space located directly around the ABS sensor, to give the wheels an aesthetic appearance. The ABS sensor cover can be held in place over the ABS sensor by screws or permanently attached with a suitable adhesive. The ABS sensor cover of the present invention additionally has the benefit of a positive effect on the aerodynamics of the front of the motorcycle when it is mounted on the ABS sensor located on the wheels.

A turbine bucket is provided including a bucket airfoil having an airfoil shape, the bucket airfoil having a nominal profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in Table 1 wherein the Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z are non-dimensional values from 0% to 100% convertible to dimensional distances in inches by multiplying the Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z by a height of the airfoil in inches, and wherein X and Y are distances in inches which, when connected by smooth continuing arcs, define airfoil profile sections at each distance Z, the airfoil profile sections at Z distances being joined smoothly with one another to form a complete airfoil shape.

The present application provides a turbine bucket including an airfoil shape. The airfoil shape may have a nominal profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in Table 1. The Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z are non-dimensional values from 0% to 100% convertible to dimensional distances in inches by multiplying the Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z by a height of the airfoil in inches. The X and Y values are distances in inches which, when connected by smooth continuing arcs, define airfoil profile sections at each distance Z. The airfoil profile sections at Z distances may be joined smoothly with one another to form a complete airfoil shape.
