A light fixture control module includes a base that includes an inner end and an outer end. The inner end is mounted to a vertical mounting base of a light fixture. The light fixture control module includes a bracket coupled to the outer end of the base. The bracket includes a shell that has an inner chamber. The light fixture control module includes a sensor mounted to the shell of the bracket. The sensor has a sensor element, a sensor wire transmitting a control signal from the sensor element, and a sensor connector connected to an end of the sensor wire. The sensor connector is configured to be electrically connected to a fixture wire of the light fixture to control operation of a light element of the light fixture.

Light fixture control module

A splitter for interconnecting a first connector with at least two second connectors includes a first electrically conductive layer that is connectable to the first connector and to at least one of the second connectors. The first layer has at least two electrically conductive terminals which protrude from the first layer. The electrically conductive terminals are arranged to provide electrical connection between a first contact of the first connector and an associated first contact of at least one of the second connectors.

Electrical splitter and assembly method

A contact assembly for a connector housing includes an adapter element and a contact element. The adapter element has a sleeve with a lead-through opening extending in an axial direction of the sleeve and with a threaded bore extending perpendicularly to the lead-through opening through the sleeve. The contact element is adapted to be inserted into the lead-through opening and latched to the sleeve. The contact element may exhibit varying types of a cable connection section and/or a contact section. The adapter element is receivable within the connector housing and may accept the contact element regardless of the type of cable connection section and/or contact section.

A socket assembly comprises a base frame formed of a thermally conductive material holding a light emitting diode (LED) package to a support structure, a contact element electrically contacting the LED package, and an isolator PCB. The LED package includes an LED PCB having an LED mounted on the LED PCB. The base frame includes a base mounted to the support structure and mechanically engaging the LED PCB so that the LED package is attached to the support structure with a predetermined holding force. The contact element electrically connects the isolator PCB to the LED PCB. The isolator PCB supplies electrical power to the LED. The isolator PCB has a first surface and a second surface; the second surface is in heat transmitting contact with the base frame and the electronic component is disposed on the first surface of the isolator PCB and electrically connected to the LED.

Socket assembly, light emitter module, and lighting system

A lighting device includes a base, a transparent cover, an electronic circuit mounted to the base, and an antenna. The electronic circuit is connectable with a light emitting element adapted to emit a light through the transparent cover and/or a light receiving element adapted to receive a light through the transparent cover. The antenna has a radiating patch following a contour of an inner surface of the transparent cover and connected to the electronic circuit.

The invention provides an electrical device having improved insulation and reduced partial discharge. The electrical device comprises an electrically conductive resistive element provided on a heat transfer medium for transferring heat from the element. The heat transfer medium includes a layer or body of electrically conductive material and a layer of thermally conductive dielectric material disposed between the element and the electrically conductive material. A continuous film of electrically insulating material, for example a silica over-glaze or polymer encapsulant, is applied around the perimeter of the resistive element to surround the element with the film overlying the edge or edges of the element and the ceramic material adjacent thereto.
