The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) that function as inhibitors of METTL3 (N6-adenosine-methyltransferase 70 kDa subunit) enzyme activity: X—Y—Z5 (I) wherein X, Y and Z are each as defined herein. The present invention also relates to processes for the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in the treatment of proliferative disorders, such as cancer, and autoimmune diseases, as well as other diseases or conditions in which METTL3 activity 10 is implicated.

METTL3 inhibitory compounds

The present invention also relates to processes for the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in the treatment of proliferative disorders, such as cancer, and autoimmune diseases, as well as other diseases or conditions in which METTL3 activity is implicated.

Polyheterocyclic compounds as METTL3 inhibitors

The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) that function as inhibitors of METTL3 (N6-adenosine-methyltransferase 70 kDa subunit) enzyme activity:X&#x2014;Y&#x2014;Z&#x2003;&#x2003;(I)wherein X, Y and Z are each as defined herein. The present invention relates to novel compounds of general formula (I) wherein Rto Rand n have the meanings given in the description and claims, process for preparing these compounds and their use as for treating, preventing or ameliorating viral infections and their use for treating, preventing or ameliorating diseases which are associated with PLA2G16. 

Antiviral compounds

The invention relates to novel compounds of the general formula (I), with Het-2 being an optionally substituted bicyclic heteroaryl of the formula pharmaceutical compositions comprising them and the use thereof as medicaments, in particular for the use as ferroportin inhibitors, more particularly for the use in the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases caused by a lack of hepcidin or iron metabolism disorders, such as particularly iron overload states such as in particular thalassemia and hemochromatosis.

The invention relates to novel ferroportin inhibitors of the general formula (I) pharmaceutical compositions comprising them and the use thereof as medicaments, in particular for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases caused by a lack of hepcidin or iron metabolism disorders, such as particularly iron overload states such as in particular thalassemia and hemochromatosis.
