An aerosol generation device includes a casing; an aperture in the casing through which aerosol generating material is insertable into the aerosol generation device; a closure moveable relative to the aperture between a closed position in which the closure covers the aperture, an open position in which the aperture is unobstructed by the closure, and an activation position that is different from the open position; and a detector arranged to detect movement of the closure from the closed position to the open position and between the open position and the activation position.

An aerosol generation device has a body and a closure. The body has an aperture through which an aerosol substrate is receivable into the aerosol generation device. The closure is moveable relative to the aperture between a closed position in which the closure covers the aperture and an open position in which the aperture is substantially unobstructed by the closure; the closure is stable in each of the closed position and the open position. The closure is further moveable from the open position to an activation position. At the activation position, the aerosol generation device is operable to initiate an activation signal.

An aerosol generation device has a body, a closure, and a resilient element. The body has an aperture through which an aerosol substrate is receivable. The closure is moveable relative to the aperture between a closed position in which the closure covers the aperture and an open position in which the aperture is substantially unobstructed by the closure. The resilient element is arranged so as to bias the closure towards the closed position from a first range of positions between the closed position and the open position and to bias the closure towards the open position from a second range of positions between the closed position and the open position. The first range of positions of the closure is closer to the closed position than the second range of positions. The second range of positions of the closure is closer to the open position than the first range of positions.

The present invention relates to closure arrangements for liquid containers, particularly but not exclusively for drinks bottles. A closure arrangement () for a liquid container for a base liquid comprises a reservoir (A,B) for an additive liquid (A,B). The closure arrangement () comprises a passage () for flow of liquid from the base liquid container () to a user, the passage including a mixing space () for mixing the additive liquid from the reservoir and the base liquid. The present invention further relates to a liquid container assembly including a closure arrangement. The present invention further relates to an additive reservoir for use in a closure arrangement.
