A convertible sofa includes a seat and a backrest moveable between a first configuration, in which the backrest is positioned along a back of the seat, and a second configuration, in which the backrest overlies an upper support surface of the seat. The sofa also includes a side wall positioned adjacent a side of the seat to define a recess that forms a leg opening. The sofa further includes a worksurface moveable between a first position, in which the worksurface is disposed within the recess and substantially aligned with a plane defined by the upper support surface of the seat, and a second position, in which the worksurface is spaced above the plane defined by the upper support surface of the seat. At least a portion of the worksurface is covered by the backrest when the worksurface is in the first position and the backrest is in the second configuration.

A low-density sensor panel assembly system is provided for use with remote marker assemblies that generates a marker signal and for use with a radiation therapy source that generates a radiation beam during radiation therapy. The system includes a sensor array having a layer of sensor coils arranged in a selected pattern and configured to receive the marker signal from the remote marker. A support panel is connected to the sensor array and retains each of the sensor coils in a substantially fixed and unmoving position relative to the other sensor coils. The sensor panel and sensor array define a low-density panel structure configured to dwell in the radiation beam during the radiation therapy.

A chair for offices and the like includes at least one armrest that can be folded from a generally upright position to a folded position and visa-versa. The folding mechanism has a thin profile, thereby minimizing the thickness of the armrest and providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. A cover for the armrest includes an elastic material that stretches to accommodate folding, and also contracts to reduce or eliminate wrinkles. The folding mechanism may bias the armrest to the folded position to overcome forces generated by stretching of the cover when the armrest is folded.

An expansion device is provided for expanding the functionality of a mobile electronic device while in a mobile mode and/or in a desktop mode. The expansion device may be a media slice that provides multimedia functionality to a mobile electronic device. The media slice may be configured to receive an electromechanical interface from the mobile electronic device and to replicate the electromechanical interface for connecting to another expansion device, such as to a docking station or a port replicator. The expansion device and the mobile electronic device may be connected via a latch mechanism that easily couples and de-couples the devices. An expansion system is also provided that includes a support stand for providing orientation and support features for a computing device and/or an expansion device.

An electronic device that has a body portion having an internal track, a display portion having a follower member that runs along the internal track and a support arm pivotally coupled to the body portion and to the display portion and enabling the display portion to move between multiple distinct positions relative to the body portion is described. A hand-held rotary grating device is configured to grate soft cheeses that have traditionally been exceedingly difficult or impossible to grate. A cylindrical grating barrel is rotateably inserted within a grater housing. The barrel has an advantageous barrel aspect ratio&#x2014;i.e., the ratio of the diameter of the barrel to the hopper width is sufficiently large that the grated food material falls through the opening of the barrel rather than accumulating and retarding the grating motion. The effective aspect ratio of the barrel is greater than approximately 1.5, preferably between approximately 1.5 and 2.5, and most preferably about 2.0. The barrel includes a graspable handle that is collapsible within the body of the barrel, and which includes a bearing surface that prevents axial movement of the barrel within the housing when the handle is extended, but which allows movement (and removal) of the barrel when the handle is collapsed.

The present invention includes apparatus and method for image transfer onto one of a plurality of a pad medium pages while the pages are aggregated together. A preferred embodiment for a printer includes a housing; a print engine, within the housing, for transferring an image to a transfer medium when the transfer medium is located at a print position; and a transfer medium registration system, coupled to the print engine, for positioning a pad including a plurality of transfer media releasably secured to one another, wherein the print registration system locates one of the transfer media at the print position. The method including positioning a pad at a print position of a print transfer engine, the pad including a plurality of transfer media releasably secured to one another; and transferring an image to one of the transfer media positioned at the print position.

Apparatus, method, and computer program product for pad transfer

An assembly includes a seating unit, and a pair of legs. The legs each engage and support a bottom of the seating unit, and include a protruding attachment member that slides mateably into a pocket in a rear of the seating unit. When the fasteners are installed, the protruding attachment member cannot be removed from the pocket. By this arrangement, the protruding attachment member and pocket form part of a retaining structure for retaining the leg to the seating unit. A back screen releasably fits between the leg and the back, and is retained by the protruding attachment member against the back. The screen can be shipped disassembled from the seating unit, and assembled on site to provide a privacy function while complimenting the chair's architectural appearance.
