A sheet product roll holder may include a support arm, a spindle, a flowable material container, and an automated flowable material dispensing mechanism. The support arm may define a first longitudinal axis. The spindle may be coupled to the support arm and define a second longitudinal axis extending transverse to the first longitudinal axis, and the spindle may be configured to rotatably support a roll of sheet product thereon. The flowable material container may be positioned at least partially within the spindle and define a third longitudinal axis extending coaxially with the second longitudinal axis, and the flowable material container may include a container body and a volume of a flowable material positioned within the container body. The automated flowable material dispensing mechanism may be positioned at least partially within the support arm and configured to dispense the flowable material from the flowable material container.

Elevated exercise platform

An improved cutting device including a mechanism for selectively guarding the edge of a cutting blade. According to various embodiments, a sliding mechanism is operatively connected to a blade guard, wherein the translational movement of the sliding mechanism causes a corresponding rotational movement of the blade guard. When the blade guard is in an extended position, the edge of the cutting blade is not exposed, thereby preventing a user from accidentally cut by the blade. Various embodiments also provide for an improved blade replacement system. According to various embodiments, a locking member is capable of lifting the cutting blade without the user having to touch the blade itself.

A treadmill including a frame, an endless belt having an upwardly-exposed exercise section, a deck disposed underneath the exercise section of the belt, and a cushion assembly positioned between the deck and the frame for providing cushion in order to reduce high impact loads on the user's body. The cushion assembly comprises a lever having a first portion that is operably coupled to the deck and a second portion that is rotatably coupled to the frame. The cushion assembly also comprises a resilient member coupled to both the lever and the frame so that the resilient member resists rotation of the lever as the lever is rotated. The elastic deformation of the resilient member provides resistance to displacement of the deck and therefore creates a cushion effect on the user's feet, ankles and knees as the user's feet contact the belt.
