Provided is a biocidal composition comprising 2,6-dimethyl-m-dioxane-4-ol acetate and an isothiazolinone biocidal compound. The composition is useful for controlling microorganisms in aqueous or water containing systems.

Synergistic microbicidal compositions containing N-methyl-1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and dodecylguanidine, poly(hexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride), sodium pyrithione, sodium ortho-phenylphenate, terbutryn, dimethoxane or 2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol.

Microbicidal composition

Provided are biocidal compositions comprising 2,6-dimethyl-m-dioxane-4-ol acetate and a non-formaldehyde releasing biocidal compound selected from the group consisting of: a brominated nitroalkanol, a 2-halo-2-(halomethyl)glutaronitrile, and 2-phenoxyethanol. The compositions are useful for controlling microorganisms in aqueous or water containing systems.

Biocidal composition of 2,6-dimethyl-M-dioxane-4-OL acetate and methods of use

Compositions of 1-(3-chloroallyl)-3,5,7-triaza-1-azonia-adamantane chloride, and an optional second biocide, in copolymers of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide are provided. The compositions exhibit good color and phase stability.
