A resilient clip can be used for covers for equipment. The resilient clip has a portion that can be inserted into a channel on the equipment, a portion that can be attached to a cover, and a portion that can be used to remove the clip from the channel.

A seat enclosure includes a number of seats located at the perimeter of a vehicle to form a barrier. The seat includes a base with a panel attached to the backside of the base to give the seat enclosure a finished appearance.

A cover for a vehicle, such as a boat, including a ratchet and straps. The straps are connected to a plate for evenly distributing the load placed on the straps when the straps are tightened by the ratchet. The straps, when tightened, provide form to the cover such that water will run off the cover.

Tension held cover

A frame for a top of a boat that can be moved between a deployed position and a collapsed position with the aid of an articulated top assist mechanism such that the manual effort required to move the top between the collapsed position and deployed position is minimized or eliminated. The articulated top assist mechanism has a torque hub attached to a frame element of the top and a spring that applies torque to the hub by a strap attached to the hub and the spring.

This invention is a seat with an adjustable back and/or an adjustable base. The adjustable back and/or base can be adjusted in response to rough terrain or water encountered by a vehicle in which the seat is located.

A cover system for a vehicle, such as a boat, including a ratchet and a strap that is in part supported by a frame, such as a canopy frame. The strap cooperates with at least part of the frame to provide support and form to the cover such that water will run off the cover.

A hermetic storage system for storing wipes is provided. The hermetic storage system may include a flexible container, a first member, a second member, and a third member configured for holding the wipes. The flexible container is disposed between the first member and the second member. The third member is releasably coupled to the second member and covers an aperture defined by the second member. The hermetic storage system is configured to provide a hermetic seal when the third member is releasably engaged with the second member.

A container for storing makeup is disclosed. The container may include a cover and a base coupled to the cover and configured for holding cosmetic material. The container may be selectively reconfigurable between a open, use position and a closed, storage position and the cover may engage the base to provide a hermetic seal when the container is in the storage position. The cosmetic material may be viewed in the substantially airtight container through at least one viewing area.
