The inflatable implant and the therapeutic apical base plate assembly are configured to reshape the ventricular wall by transducting cardiac force and/or energy generated by the heart during systole and diastole when the inflatable implant is engaged with the valve and of the therapeutic apical base plate assembly is attached to the apex.
