A touchless skin sanitization system, device and method. The sanitizing device is configurable to sense an object and radiate the sensed object with UV light for a predetermined amount of time. A touchless switch activates the sanitizing device upon sensing the object, while a timer deactivates the sanitizing device after the predetermined amount of time. The sanitizing device provides an outer cover adapted to move between a closed condition and an open condition for maintenance. The outer cover is also adapted to mount the sanitizing device in a downward orientation relative to the UV radiating device.

A method is presented for ranking documents identified in a search relative to a keyword. The method utilizes a set of training documents to provide a co-occurrence matrix and a transition matrix. A word pair relevancy measure is calculated for each word of the document to be ranked. These word pair relevancy measures are based upon the co-occurrence and transition matrices obtained from the training set and are utilized to calculate a document relevance measure. Documents identified in a search are ranked utilizing the document relevance measure.

Method and device for measuring relevancy of a document to a keyword(s)

A method and device provide a word pair relevancy measure for a seed word-keyword pair. A set of documents is provided from which a co-occurrence matrix is created. The co-occurrence matrix is utilized to determine a transition probability and an expected search depth from which the word pair relevancy is determined.
