A glass composition includes a base glass portion comprising: 65-75 wt % SiO; 5-15 wt % CaO; 0-5 wt % MgO; 0-5 wt % KO; 10-14 wt % NaO; and 1-5 wt % AlO; wherein the glass composition has a ratio of NaO to AlOis in the range of 9.5-12.5 wt %/wt %.

High alumina low soda glass compositions

Embodiments of the present invention described herein relate to fiberglass materials, composite glass materials, methods of making fiberglass materials and composite glass materials, and different applications of fiberglass materials and composite glass materials. The fiberglass materials can include a bimodal particle size distribution. The fiberglass materials can include an average aspect ratio of greater than about 2 to 1. Also described herein are composite glass materials including a first glass material and a second material. The second material can include at least one of post-consumer glass waste, fly ash, metakaolin, and slag. Also described herein are methods of making a composite glass material including providing a first glass material to a mixer; providing a second material to the mixer; and co-milling the first glass material and a second material to form a composite glass material.

Fiberglass materials, methods of making, and applications thereof

A pivot pin removing tool for removing a pivot pin from a hinge includes a primary plate that has a front side, a back side, a top edge, a bottom edge and a pair of lateral edges. A rigid panel is attached to the top edge and extends away from the front side at a generally perpendicular angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the primary plate. The panel has a forward edge having a slot extending therein. The slot is adapted for receiving a body portion of the pivot pin. The forward edge is angled back from a bottom side to a top side of the panel.

A vehicle support assembly for maintaining a vehicle in a stationary position during body straightening operations. A housing supports a horizontally extending arm and a shaft extends through and is supported by the housing. A clamping assembly within the housing includes a clamp with plural spaced-apart hooks which are located beneath a T-shaped tie down track. A lever is supported at one end of the shaft. A C-shaped cam is coupled to the clamp and the lever so that when the lever is operated the C-shaped cam raises the clamp and the spaced-apart hooks are clamped beneath the track thereby securing the vehicle support assembly to the track.

Vehicle support assembly

A post frame machine for applying pulling forces to a damaged automobile comprises two vertical support posts fixedly mounted on a base frame, a hydraulically operated cylinder disposed in each of the posts, and a load chain and pulley arrangement for exerting the pulling force. The cylinders are independently operable to allow different forces to be applied at closely adjacent location on the automobile. The apparatus further includes chain locks for securing the load chains.

Post frame machine

A rigid elongate bracket is provided which has at one end a disc-shaped lug generally corresponding to the lug on the door frame which is designed to interact with the door latch on the door of a vehicle, and has at the other end a hook-shaped member adapted to grasp the lug on the door frame, whereby the bracket can be fitted to hold the door in a partially open position while bodywork is being performed on the vehicle. The bracket preferably has a telescoping feature whereby the door edge can be anchored at different distances from the door frame.
