Apparatuses and methods of operating the same are described. A container lid adapter including a gasket, an adapter lid, and a container band. The gasket may be shaped to attach to a rim of a container to form a seal between the rim and the gasket. The adapter lid may include an opening shaped to receive an adapter. The container band may be shaped to attach the gasket and the adapter lid to the rim of the container.

A clip holder for holding a tape measure and other tools having a spring type clip associated therewith including an inner leg portion, an outer leg portion, and a fold formed therebetween, the outer leg portion angling towards the inner leg portion when in its unclamped position, the inner leg portion including a pair of elongated guide members for guiding the spring type clip associated with a particular tool when inserted over the fold, and at least one projection member projecting towards the outer leg portion. The outer leg portion may include at least one opening for at least partially receiving the at least one projection member when the outer leg portion is in its unclamped position, and a flared flange for allowing a user to more easily grasp the clip holder for both inserting onto and removing the clip holder from a pocket or other garment portion.

A utility belt including a center member, a first wing member movable relative to the center member, a second wing member adjustable relative to the first wing member and movable relative to the center member, an adjustment member for adjusting the first and second wing members relative to each other, and an optional cummerbund which is releasably engageable with the center member. The utility belt includes a plurality of loop members for allowing different types of devices such as pouches, pockets, drill holsters, tools and other implements to be attached thereto at a desired location. The optional cummerbund increases the fit of the present belt to a particular user and also allows the present belt to better support attachments attached to one or more of the loop members. The optional cummerbund is also adjustable to further improve the fit and comfort of the present belt to the wearer.

Utility belt

A knee pad holding mechanism for holding a knee pad over the knee region of a pantleg having a first length of fabric material and a second length of fabric material operatively attached to a pantleg on opposite sides of the knee region, each length of material forming a plurality of loops for receiving a strap associated with the knee pad. The plurality of loops associated with the first and second lengths of material are arranged in opposed relationship to each other and allow a user greater flexibility to adjust the vertical location of a knee pad relative to the user's knee. The plurality of loops can be individually formed on opposite sides of the knee region, or they can be formed using any number of a plurality of sections.

An integrated modular attachment system for releasably attaching an object to a garment. The garment may include one or more loops. The object includes a base member, a foldable flap attached to the base member, a first wing member extending from a first side of the base member and a second wing member extending from a second side of the base member. To secure the object to the garment, the foldable flap is arranged in downward position and inserted through at least one of the loops of the garment. The first wing member is folded into a position which overlaps a portion of the foldable flap and is removably secured to the foldable flap. The second wing member is then folded over to overlap the first wing member and is removably secured to at least the first wing member.

Integrated modular attachment system

A knee pad holding mechanism for holding a knee pad over the knee region of a pantleg having a first length of fabric material and a second length of fabric material operatively secured together to form a pocket, the pocket being sized and shaped to receive a knee pad and having at least one opening located along each of the outside edges of the pocket for receiving a strap associated with the knee pad. In one embodiment, the first length of fabric material can be secured directly to the knee region of a pantleg wherein the pantleg forms the second length of fabric material. Other embodiments include using a loop, eyelet, slits or an additional section of fabric having a slit associated therewith for receiving a strap associated with the knee pad. The present mechanism is also adaptable for use to receive an elbow pad.

A drill holster including a base member, a sheath coupled to the base member forming a pocket with the base member for receiving a portable drill, and a securing mechanism for retaining a drill in the pocket, the securing mechanism being coupled to the exterior surface of the sheath and including an elastomeric member forming a loop, the elastomeric member being stretchable from a neutral, at rest, position where the elastomeric member is positioned and located below the top portion of the pocket to a secured position engaging at least a portion of a drill positioned within the pocket, and wherein the perimeter of the elastomeric member when in its secured position is greater than the perimeter of such member when in its neutral position.

Drill holster

A hanging apparel strap for providing suitable and convenient storage for a variety of items for work, play and/or outdoor activities including a support member, a cord fixedly attached at intermediate locations along the length of the support member, and a plurality of tabs spaced at intermediate intervals along the length thereof. The plurality of tabs allow the cord positioned therebetween to form a plurality of spaced eyelets along the length of the cord for attaching items thereto. The cord extends beyond at least one end portion of the support member and forms a loop for allowing the apparel strap to be hung from a hook or other object.

Modular holster with trigger guard

The present invention relates to a detachable style buckle which is detachable from a strap end portion. The detachable end of the strap is attached to a member which is detachable mounted to a buckle body and that can be quickly and reliably detached from the buckle body. The buckle is constructed to releasably retain another strap end portion therein.
