Solar-powered lighting devices that may be portable and/or collapsible are described. The devices may include a housing including a first wall, a second wall, and one or more side walls between the first wall and the second wall, at least one solar panel to generate solar energy, and a rechargeable battery to store the solar energy generated. The devices may include a plurality of operating modes for controlling lights within the housing, and a microprocessor for controlling the operating modes.

Portable solar-powered devices

A portable solar-powered lighting assembly that includes a lighting device including a light source, a rechargeable battery, and a first engagement interface. The light source is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery. The assembly includes a fastening device including a distal tip, a fastening element, and a second engagement interface. The fastening device is configured to selectively couple with the lighting device in response to the second engagement interface mating with the first engagement interface. The fastening device is configured to secure the lighting device to a surface in response to the fastening device penetrating the surface via the distal tip, and secure the lighting device to a tool in response to the fastening device receiving the tool through the fastening element.

Solar-powered lighting assemblies

Modular and portable solar-powered lighting devices are described. The device may include a handle assembly including a rechargeable battery and a solar panel electrically connected to the rechargeable battery, a mounting assembly selectively attachable to the handle assembly, and a lighting assembly selectively attachable to the handle assembly, the lighting assembly including one or more light sources. The device may have a first configuration wherein the handle assembly is coupled to each of the lighting assembly and the mounting assembly; and a second configuration wherein the lighting assembly is attached to the mounting assembly and not coupled to the handle assembly. These configurations can resemble a flashlight and a headlamp, respectively.

Portable and modular solar-powered lighting devices

Solar-powered lighting devices are described, the solar-powered lighting devices including a housing and an electronic cord coupled to the housing. The housing may include a first section coupled to a second section, the first section including a solar panel coupled to an outer surface. The lighting devices may also include a rechargeable battery, a microprocessor, and a user interface to receive user input and transmit the user input to the microprocessor. The electronic cord may be flexible and includes at least one light-emitting diode, wherein the microprocessor is configured to control at least one operating mode of the LED of the electronic cord based on the user input.

Rechargeable string lights

Lighting devices and sets comprising multiple lighting devices are described. The lighting device may include a housing, at least one light source such as a light-emitting diode (LED), a rechargeable battery, optionally a microprocessor, and at least one solar panel. The lighting device may include a mount configured to secure the lighting device to a support, such as a frame or other portion of a vehicle or other device. The set of lighting devices may include first and second lighting devices, each including a light source, optionally wherein the light sources may emit different colors of light.

Portable solar lighting devices

Lighting devices are described and may include a housing, a solar panel, and at least one speaker. The housing may include a cover and a base coupled to the cover. The lighting device may also include at least one rechargeable battery, a microprocessor, and a plurality of light sources, such as LEDs, configured to emit light towards the cover. The solar panel, the rechargeable battery, the microprocessor, the speaker, and the plurality of light sources may be in electronic communication with one another. Further, for example, the microprocessor may be configured to control at least one operating mode of the plurality of light sources and at least one operating mode of the speaker.

Travel solar lighting devices

Induction charging devices equipped with solar panels are described. The charging device may comprise a housing containing at least one induction coil, a circuit board, and at least one solar panel operably coupled to the induction coil and the circuit board. The induction coil may be proximate a first surface of the housing to thereby define an induction area of the first surface. The solar panel may be coupled to or integrated into a second surface the housing such that the solar panel faces outward from the housing, e.g., for exposure to the sun or a source of artificial light. The first surface and the second surface may face in the same direction or opposite directions.

Lighting devices are described and may include a housing containing a rechargeable battery, a microprocessor, and a plurality of light sources in electronic communication with the rechargeable battery and the microprocessor. At least a portion of the housing may be transparent or translucent, wherein the plurality of light sources face the portion of the housing that is transparent or translucent. The lighting devices may be solar-powered, e.g., including a solar panel coupled to an outer surface of the housing, wherein the solar panel is in electronic communication with the rechargeable battery. The lighting devices herein also include a handle of a malleable material configured to adopt and maintain a variety of positions.

Multifunctional solar-powered lighting devices

Lighting devices are described and may include a housing that includes one or more end walls and one or more side walls, the housing defining a chamber and a base. The lighting devices may include one or more of a solar panel, a rechargeable battery, a microprocessor, a wireless interface, and/or a plurality of lights, in communication with one another. The plurality of lights may be configured to emit light transverse to the one or more side walls, the lighting device also including a diffuser configured to diffuse and redirect light emitted by the plurality of lights into the chamber. The microprocessor may be configured to control at least one operating mode of the plurality of lights.

Portable lighting devices with wireless connectivity

Modular solar devices and kits of various components for assembling such devices are described. The kit may include a lighting component, one or more lights, a power storage component, and/or a solar component. The lighting component may include a control circuit and at least one light connector operably coupled to the first control circuit, wherein the light(s) may be configured to electrically connect to the light connector(s). The power storage component may include a control circuit and at least one rechargeable battery operably coupled to the control circuit. The solar component may include a solar panel, e.g., the solar component being configured to supply electricity generated by the solar panel to the power storage component and/or the lighting component to illuminate the light(s).
