A method and system for airing broadcast signals is disclosed. Preferably, the system includes a production truck interface panel receiving a broadcast signal. A transmission relay circuit relays the signal from the interface panel to a broadcast network, and preferably including a broadcast signal detection circuit, and a signal processing circuit. The detection circuit determines a signal type of the broadcast signal, and the signal processing circuit processes the determined signal type. The system preferably further includes an operations control station displaying the determined type of broadcast signal. The method for airing broadcast signals over the broadcast network preferably includes the steps of providing the broadcast signal to the transmission relay circuit, detecting the broadcast signal type with the broadcast signal sensing and discerning circuit; and reconfiguring the signal processing circuit when the configuration of the signal processing circuit does not support transmission of the determined broadcast signal type.

Broadcast method and system

An exemplary method of one way transmission of information is provided, the exemplary method steps preferably include partitioning a portion of each network device along a transmission path (based on a configuration of a source adaptive translation device), to form a source dedicated one way transmission path, analyzing source customer supplied information received by the source adaptive translation device to discern the source supplied information format, mapping the source discerned supplied information into a first synchronous transport signal using the source adaptive translation device, transmitting the first synchronous transport signal across the source dedicated one way transmission path, receiving the first synchronous transport signal at a destination adaptive destination device, and remapping the received first synchronous transport signal back into the discerned source supplied information using the destination adaptive translation device.

One way SRS information transmission method

A method of one way transmission of information is provided. Preferably, the method steps include analyzing customer supplied information to determine a format to be selected, transmission priority, available transmission resources, and transmission destination. The preferred steps also include, determining a media transport method based on the transmission priority, transmission destination, and available transmission resources, and scheduling transmission of an information payload portion of the customer supplied information as a pre-emptible data reservation, based on a determined media transport method. The steps further preferably include, transforming the information payload into a selected format, storing the information payload in its formatted form on a non-volatile storage medium, encapsulating the information payload in its selected format within a media transport format, and transmitting the encapsulated information payload to the transmission destination.

One way information transmission method

A transmission relay circuit, a broadcast signal relay method, and a signal detection device are disclosed. Preferably, the transmission relay circuit includes a microcontroller, a broadcast signal sensing and discerning circuit configured for determining the broadcast signal selected from a group consisting of (NTSC, ASI, DS-3, SDI, and HD-SDI signals). The method preferably includes the steps of determining a signal type, directing the signal to an analog broadcast signal processing circuit when the signal is determined to be to be an analog video signal, directing the signal to a digital broadcast signal processing circuit when the signal is either a digital video signal, or a digital video transport signal, and relaying the processed signal to a local loop provider. The detection device preferably includes at least a multi-layer printed circuit board with an isolation/buffer amplifier and terminator, and a signal detection circuit for detecting and determining the broadcast signal type.

Broadcast transmission relay circuit

A multi-compartment trash container that comprises two main components. An inner core consists of a circular bottom plate with a convex surface sloped downward toward the perimeter of the container and several vertical baffles connected to a common vertical shaft extending upward from the center of the bottom plate, so that wedge-like sections with slanted bottoms are formed around the vertical axis of the container. An outer cover consists of a conforming bottomless cylindrical structure having a top end with openings corresponding to the sections in the inner core and a collar at the center for slidably engaging the top of the vertical shaft in the inner core. Thus, the outer cover is slidably mounted on the inner core to form a container with multiple enclosed compartments and a spring-loaded push-plate is provided at the top of the shaft to push the inner core downward with respect to the outer cover. An outward annular flange attached to the bottom edge of the cylindrical structure provides a base for supporting the outer cover while the inner core is made to slide downward through an appropriately sized hopper to discharge its contents into a collection vehicle. A specially designed handle makes it possible for a mechanized arm on the vehicle to lift the container and correctly align it for positioning on the hopper.

Luminescent golf balls and a carrying case. A luminous substance having a radiant color is mixed into a soltuion of compounds used to produce golf ball covers so that when the cover has been completed, it is impregnated with the luminous substance. An octagonal carrying case has a false bottom that divides the case into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The upper chamber is lined with a light-reflective material. A single layer of golf balls and a light source are disposed in the upper chamber of the case and a first power supply for the light source is disposed in the lower chamber. Solar panels on the lid of the case provide an alternative power supply.
