A software ecosystem includes a software supply chain in which each of the participants in the software supply chain produce software components using reproducible builds. By using deterministic compilation practices, each of the software components produced by a respective participant should be identical. The software ecosystem also includes a set of tamper proof distributed ledgers. Hashes of the software components are generated and securely recorded in the set of distributed ledgers. The software ecosystem also includes an intrusion detection system configured to compare hashes of the software components to determine when one or more of the software components has been generated in a corrupt manner. The secure software ecosystem includes a full-platform approach to integrity which incorporates designing against attacks, rather than patching after them, which creates a paradigm in which computing platforms can be trusted because they have been designed to operate in an untrustworthy environment.

Software and firmware verification by distributed ledger and intrusion detection systems

A goal module () includes one or more content sessions () cooperatively directed toward achieving a projected health management goal. At least one feedback path () provides at least one input indicative of a trend in a patient progress toward achieving the projected health management goal. A care plan manager () dynamically configures or modifies at least one of the goal module () and content sessions () based at least on the one input and intervention rules so that the patient's progress toward the projected health management goal is optimized.

Configurations for tileable display apparatus with multiple pixel arrays

In an environment where it is beneficial for chronic health care patients to receive individualized attention on a daily basis, a health care network () is provided. Each patient receives a user interface device () such as a set top box for accessing the network (). Based on the patient's health care history, a nurse or other health care professional interfaces with a server () and constructs a care plan specific to that patient by filling out appropriate sections of a care plan template. Medical video communication systems and methods

In a medical health care network () for providing individualized health care programming to many patients, a method and apparatus for updating the programming is described. When a patient is new to the system, a health care professional takes a generic care plan template () and fills it in with the patient's specific health information. A care plan scheduler (), using a completed template (), assigns content for the patient to experience. When new content becomes available, the health care professional notes it on the template (). The scheduler () then looks for all instances of the old content and replaces it with the new content in the most seamless way possible. A content replacement database () interprets old data in light of the new content so that the old data does not become misleading or obsolete.

Care plan change propagation

In a medical communication method, two or more persons are identified as having a selected medical condition or characteristic. At the residence of each identified person, a video conference-enabling unit () is operatively connected with a consumer electronics device () disposed in the identified person's residence. A video conference is conducted between at least two of the two or more identified persons using their respective consumer electronics devices () and video conference-enabling units ().

An alternative arrangement thereof further includes a removable mounting-ring member provided with a central opening having the peripheral design of the particular tubular post to be employed therewith.

A guidepost for roadways or the like comprising an elongated tubular member formed from a flexible plastic material having a substantially 'T'-shaped, cross-sectional configuration throughout the length thereof, the forward or front wall being relatively flat across its face and integrally formed, with sinusoidal-shaped side walls and a semi-circular rear wall defining the base of the 'T'-shaped configuration, the forward wall having affixed adjacent one end thereof a reflector member. The lower, inner tubular section includes a filler core to provide and maintain its cross section below the ground line, the lower terminating end of the guidepost including a base member defined by an annular flange member.
