A method for payment management includes identifying an invoice for a target financial transaction between a customer and a target vendor, and obtaining financial transaction records for completed financial transactions between the customer and vendors. The vendors include comparable vendors and the target vendor. The method further includes generating, using the financial transaction records, a payment prediction for the customer to pay the target vendor, analyzing a subset of the financial transaction records for the comparable vendors to generate a recommendation, and presenting, in a graphical user interface, the payment prediction and the recommendation.

Methods and systems for collecting and distributing a plurality of notifications are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving a plurality of notifications for a client from a plurality of publishers, wherein each notification of the plurality of notifications comprises a client identifier and a notification type identifier. The method also includes, for each notification of the plurality of notifications, authenticating the publisher of the notification upon receiving the notification. The method further includes, for each notification of the plurality of notifications, determining whether the client is subscribed to receive the type of notification identified by the notification type identifier from the publisher of the notification. The method also includes, for each notification of the plurality of notifications, outputting the notification to the client when the publisher of the notification is authentic and the client is subscribed to receive the type of notification from the publisher.

The method includes obtaining user profiles each containing attribute values corresponding to a portion of an attribute list, identifying a user subset having same attribute values for a particular portion of the attribute list and forming an attribute signature, analyzing the configuration setting used by each user in the user subset to generate a statistical measure representing the user subset configuring the software application, matching a new user profile to the attribute signature of the user subset, presenting, to the new user and in response to the matching, the statistical measure representing the user subset configuring the software application, and receiving, in response to presenting the statistical measure, an approval from the new user to customize the software application, where the software application is automatically customized based on the statistical measure representing the user subset configuring the software application.

An electroluminescent apparatus utilizes a replaceable electroluminescent element which is compressed between two electrodes that are positioned within a resealable housing which may be opened and closed so that a used electroluminescent element may be removed from between the electrodes and replaced at the end of its usable lifetime. The housing has front and rear panels associated with the respective electrodes, at least one of the panels being transparent. The apparatus may include an inflatable compressing structure, an alignment structure within the housing for alignment of the electroluminescent sheet, or transparent electrodes, and various drivers may be used allowing for monochrome or color displays. The housing may have an envelope configuration, or the electroluminescent element can have a configuration of a roll of sequential electroluminescent sheets or a tiled structure allowing for larger electroluminescent displays, within the scope of the present invention.
