A double-stranded nucleic acid hybridization probe and methods of using the same are described. The probe described is particularly suited for real-time RT-PCR reactions and has high tolerance to mismatches.

Provided herein are compositions, methods, and kits for detecting human Pegivirus 2 (HPgV-2). Compositions and methods for detecting human Pegivirus 2 (HPgV-2)

Antigen constructs useful in the detection and differentiation of antibodies to HIV

The present invention relates generally to assays for the detection of Xenotropic Murine Leukemia Virus-related Retrovirus ('XMRV') and diseases associated with XMRV infection.
