There is provided a vaccine for controllingin animals, and particularly necrotic enteritis in poultry. The vaccine may comprise aantigenic polypeptide or variant thereof, a nucleic acid encoding theantigenic polypeptide or variant thereof, or a recombinant cell producing theantigenic polypeptide or variant thereof.
