A retaining assembly to attach one or more mobile devices to a mobile object. The retaining assembly may include a mounting plate that attaches to the mobile object by way of a mounting bracket or scorecard clip-on. The mounting bracket provides dovetails for selecting engaging the mounting plate in different orientations. The mounting plate facilitates various magnetized components to removably attach to the mobile device. If the mobile device has a third-party extensible grip, a retaining ring may be employed to attach the mobile device or the extensible grip modified to one of the various magnetized components.

Retaining assembly to attach one or more mobile devices to a mobile object

A mobile device attachment for a golf cart is provided. The mobile device attachment includes a plate and a mobile device mount. The plate includes an upper surface, a lower surface opposite the upper surface, a first end and a second end opposite the first end. A ridge is protruding from the upper surface near the first end. The ridge is sized to fit within a clip of a golf cart steering wheel. The plate further includes a first connector disposed near the second end. The mobile device mount includes a base having a second connector releasably securable by magnetic attraction to the first connector. The mobile device mount may further include a pair of jaws that releasably secures a mobile device therebetween.

Mobile device attachment for a golf cart

A combination female-oriented receiver with a mounting side and a receiving side configured to accept a male-oriented mount, the mounting side of the receiver electrically connected to a junction box, or a mounting plate, the receiving side having plates electrically connectable to either. The receiver has access points and a race to receive the male mount and a pin slot, the electrical plates positioned such that when corresponding conducting surfaces on the male mount are rotated in the race to a proper position, the the mount and receiver are electrically connected. The race further provides a weight-bearing surface to support the mount and the weight of an electrical fixture removably affixed thereto, further held in place by a spring-biased pin inserted at a non-normal angle into the receiver's pin slot.

Electrical mount

An improved adjustable weight training apparatus is provided. The weight training apparatus includes a central collar portion, that further includes one or more elongated handles. In addition, each handle includes a gripping portion and a connecting end that attaches to a corresponding end of the central collar. Additionally each handle includes gripping protrusions that attach to a corresponding end of the elongated handles. The weight training apparatus further includes an angled weight support attachment that is received into the central collar and secured by a retaining pin or other similar device. In one preferred embodiment the angled weight support attachment may be pivoted and secured in a substantially upward position or in a substantially downward position. Weights may be retained by a sliding collar or similar means on the angled weight support attachment.

Forearm/wrist curl exercise device

A golf swing training device and a method of its use in an aquatic environment. The device includes a manually grippable handle secured to a shaft that has integrally secured thereto adjacent the handle a hydrodynamically adjustable paddle that may be manually physically altered to provide a variable resistance to a user that grips the handle and wings the golf swing training device through water that compresses the aquatic environment.

Aquatic golf swing training device and method for enhancing golf swing memory and strength

Disclosed is multi-segmented fabricated gear rim having two distinct steel layers, an inner layer, and an outer layer from which gear teeth are cut. The inner and outer layers are molecularly bonded to each other, with the inner layer being a high weldability layer and the outer layer being a high hardenability layer.

Bimetallic gear rim

An improved adjustable weightlifting apparatus is provided. The weightlifting apparatus includes a central frame portion that further includes first and second elongated supports. Additionally, the weightlifting apparatus includes one or more elongated handles. In addition, each handle includes a gripping portion and a connecting end that attaches to a corresponding end of one of the elongated supports of the central frame. The weightlifting apparatus further includes an elongated weight support bar that is attached to the lower ends of the first and second supports of the central frame. Weights may be retained by a sliding collar or similar means on the elongated handles, the weight support bar, or both as desired by the user and depending on the exercise chosen. In one preferred embodiment, each connecting end of the handles is pivotally attached to a corresponding top end of one of the supports of the central frame by a pivotable union. In a second preferred embodiment, the weight support bar includes a pair of upwardly extending connectors that are adapted to be removably connected with either a connecting end portion of one of the handles or a corresponding support of the central frame in such a manner so that the weightlifting apparatus may be used either with or without the central frame portion.

Adjustable weightlifting apparatus

A rotary assembly for rotating a vessel such as a rotary kiln with a minimum amount of heat transfer to the driving element. A pluraltiy of coupling assemblies are provided which include a first bracket attached to the vessel. Pivotally connected to the bracket is a link member having an opposite pivot point on the driving element. With the coupling arrangement, heat from the inner rotating element which causes different rates of thermal expansion with respect to the girth gear does not produce high stresses on either element.
