A system, method and apparatus include generating a building model of a building to be constructed at a construction site, identifying within the building model positional locations for installation of one or more anchor apparatuses within structural elements of the building model, transmitting the building model to a portable computing device at the construction site and identifying the location of the portable computing device to a given positional location. At least the generating, identifying, transmitting and identifying steps are implemented via at least one processing device comprising a processor and a memory.

Construction anchor apparatus and system and methodology of use

A safety anchor apparatus is adapted for use in installation of a perimeter cable fall protection system at a construction site, e.g., involving concrete or masonry wall construction. The safety anchor apparatus may be mounted during construction of the masonry or cement block wall with relative ease and is capable of securing holding the support cable (e.g., steel cable) in a tensioned condition to meet all safety standards with regard to strength, load etc. The safety anchor apparatus is secured to embedded reinforcement bar extending through a column or rows of cement blocks. The safety anchor apparatus is selectively adjustable to accommodate masonry blocks of different sizes which may be used during construction of the support wall. Moreover, the safety anchor apparatus is adjustable to account for variations in wall design and readily deployable about the vertical reinforcement bar during application of the rows of cement blocks.

Safety anchor apparatus

A method, includes securing a component of an anchor apparatus to a board of a form utilized to form a concrete support structure; coupling an anchor of the anchor apparatus relative to the component by engaging a threaded segment of the component with a cooperative threaded segment of the anchor; depositing concrete within the form to create the concrete support structure, the concrete support structure at least partially enclosing the anchor; removing at least a portion of the board of the form; and accessing the anchor through a cavity in the concrete structure formed by the component.

A construction anchor apparatus includes a main module having first and second wall segments and defining a central longitudinal axis, a first movable support operatively coupled to the first wall segment of the main module and having a first tube segment defining an opening therethrough and a second movable support operatively coupled to the second wall segment of the main module and defining an opening configured for reception of the first tube segment of the first movable support to couple the first and second movable supports. Each of the first and second movable supports configured for longitudinal movement relative to respective first and second wall segments of the main module.

Construction anchor apparatus

A construction anchor apparatus has utility as a safety grip for engagement by construction personnel, and, in addition, a support apparatus for supporting and/or holding construction equipment including ductwork, electrical cables, plumbing, etc. The anchor apparatus is used in conjunction with rebar applied in concrete support walls, floors, ceilings, or other structural elements at a construction site.

Construction anchoring apparatus

A construction anchoring system includes one or more anchor apparatuses which are mountable relative to a form used to create a concrete support structure. The concrete is deposited in the form and cures whereby the one or more anchor apparatuses becomes embedded within the concrete support structure. The embedded anchor apparatus is readily accessible to be coupled with, or to support, construction supplies or equipment such as ductwork, electrical cables, plumbing, sprinklers, safety lines or fences, etc. within a construction site. A plurality of anchor apparatuses may be mounted relative to the concrete form to create a system for organizing the installation of construction materials and/or safety equipment.
