A flexible, arc-shaped cord minder clip for securing power cords or float cords to piping or a float tree of a water, sewage, grinder or sump pump, wherein the degree measure of the arc of the clip is from about 55 to about 270 degrees, wherein the width of the clip is from about 0.5 inch to about 3 inches; and wherein secured to or a molded component of an outer surface of the clip around its circumference are one or more flexible, open c-shaped cord holders. Alternatively, the c-shaped cord holder may be formed as a component of the clip and may be structured to hold the cord against a surface of the piping or float tree.

Cord minder clip

A UV Disinfection System is provided comprising a wastewater treatment device in combination with a UV treatment device. Multiple embodiments provide that the UV treatment device is contained substantially within the wastewater treatment device. Embodiments include those wherein the UV treatment device is substantially vertically oriented and extends downward from an outlet shared by the wastewater treatment device and the UV treatment device, thereby requiring all flow exiting the wastewater treatment device to pass through the UV treatment device.

Methods for producing highly pure solutions containing hydrogen fluoride, one or more salts thereof or a mixture of two or more thereof, by adding hydrogen fluoride to at least one anhydrous solvent, wherein the hydrogen fluoride is added to the anhydrous solvent or solvents in the form of a gas or as a liquified gas or as a mixture of gas and liquefied gas. High purity hydrogen fluoride and ammonium fluoride solutions produced by the inventive method are also disclosed.

Method for producing highly pure solutions using gaseous hydrogen fluoride

Ionic liquids having melting points below about 100 C formed by reaction of a heterocyclic amine with about 2.8 and about 3.2 moles of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride per mole of amine nitrogen. Electrochemical devices having non-aqueous electrolytes containing the ionic liquids are also disclosed, as well as silicon oxide etching compositions containing the ionic liquids and etching methods in which silicon oxides are selectively removed by the etching compositions in the presence of aluminum.

Ionic liquids of heterocyclic amines

Silicon oxide etching solutions containing the product of at least one bifluoride source compound dissolved in a solvent consisting of at least one carboxylic acid, and further comprising from about 0.5 to about 3 percent by solution weight of hydrofluoric acid and from about 1 to about 5 percent by solution weight of water, wherein the total concentration of bifluoride source compound is between about 1.25 and about 5.0 moles per kilogram of solvent. Methods for selectively removing silicon oxides and metal silicates from metal surfaces are also disclosed.

Highly selective silicon oxide etching compositions

A musical faucet for producing a musical tune upon the opening of a water tap including a waterpower take-off in the form of a water wheel located within a water conduit; a musical comb with tuned tines; and a rotatable striker member, preferably in the form of a cylinder or endless belt, having a multiplicity of striker pins for impacting the tines of the comb to produce music. The striker member is powered by the water wheel and may be integral therewith. The comb and striker member may be connected externally to the water conduit or may be within the conduit. A sealed housing or a cavitation baffle may be used when the comb and striker member are located within the water conduit.

Musical faucet

A device for setting the intonation of the individual strings of a fretted stringed instrument, such as a guitar, wherein the instrument bridge includes for each of the individual strings both an end restraining and a fine tuning apparatus, for instance, of the type disclosed in Rose U.S. Pat. No. 4,497,236; the intonation setting device comprises a tool that includes a first rigid carriage member formed at one end to seat against the bridge rear end on either side of the fine tuning screw of the string to be set by the tool, and formed at its projecting end with a flange that journals an adjustment screw, and a second rigid follower member slidably mounted within the first rigid member intermediate the ends of the latter, and having a foot that seats against the head of the string clamp screw, and a flange that is threadedly enaged by the adjustment screw, whereby when the tool first and second rigid members are seated as indicated, the adjustment screw actuated to adjust the tool members into firm contact with the bridge parts they seat against, and the string tensioning apparatus anchor screw is released for adjusting such apparatus longitudinally of the bridge, the tool is actuated to set the intonation of the string, after which the string anchor screw is retightened and the tool removed and applied to the next string of the instrument that requires the same adjustment.
