A utility holder () for a soap dispenser comprises an enclosure () adapted to mount on a wall. The holding bracket (), attached at the bottom end () of the enclosure (), accommodates a soap dispenser. Fixture clamp (), fastened at the top end () of the enclosure (), clamps the soap dispenser. A locking mechanism installed in the enclosure () includes an inner tube () fitted with a magnetic block (). The magnetic block () is coupled with a centrally pivoted lever () through its end portion. Movement of the magnetic block () reciprocates laterally the centrally pivoted lever () to engage/disengage a secondary lever () with a linear ratchet () installed in the enclosure (). The height of the holder () is thereby locked according to the dimensions of the soap dispenser.

A catalytic converter for an internal combustion engine exhaust system is manufactured by a multi-step swaging process carried out in a transfer press. The press has a plurality of swaging stations that include swaging die sets that provide a graduated series of swaging steps. The process is operated continuously, with one of the swaging steps being carried out in each station during each press stroke.

Jardin Gem is a set of three multipurpose, independent identifier stratagems. The Tagg hangs from a Topper/Barr/Bracelett; the Beadds slip onto a Barr/Bracelett; and the Bracelett can hang from a Topper/Barr. These custom-formed devices are simplistic in design; strong but light in weight; easily movable; comfortable to touch; attractive; impervious to weather elements/lawn chemicals; never deteriorate; durable until recycled; and safe for the environment.
