A personal dispensing system allows a user to dispense a viscous liquid, such as a disinfectant liquid gel. The dispenser includes a mounting clip which can be worn on the belt of a user. The dispenser has a front sidewall with openings which allow the viscous liquid to be dispensed onto a user's hands. The openings on the front sidewall of the container body and the viscosity of the liquid are selected so that the viscous liquid weeps out of the openings without dripping, or a hand pump can dispense the liquid. The front face of the device can also house a single horizontal roller or a number of roller balls for dispensing the viscous liquid.

Hand sanitizing device and method of use

A portable, cuffless instrument and system for providing rapid measurements of vital signs of a patient undergoing trauma from illness or injury comprising a portable instrument connectable via contact sensors to the patient to produce a vital sign data set including blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen saturation, and body temperature. The instrument preferably includes wireless communication capability in a network and system including a remote server, database, and processing capability to provide access to electronic medical records, to analyze the vital signs data, report preliminary diagnoses to a care giver, including listing chronologically vital sign data for trends.

Portable rapid vital sign apparatus and method

A personal dispensing system allows a user to dispense a viscous liquid, such as a disinfectant soap, waterless hand cleaner or waterless hand sanitizer containing an anti-microbial composition. The dispenser includes a mounting clip which can be worn on the belt of a user. The dispenser has a front sidewall with openings which allow the viscous liquid to be dispensed onto a user's hands. The openings on the front sidewall of the container body and the viscosity of the liquid are selected so that the viscous liquid weeps out of the openings without dripping. The container body can also have a front opening which houses a gel pad which is impregnated with the anti-microbial composition. The gel pad has openings which are again matched to the viscosity of an anti-microbial composition so that the gel weeps from the gel pad without dripping during use. The front face of the device can also house a number of roller balls for dispensing the viscous liquid.

A cap for use by medical attendants provides shielding of the attendant's face for emergency use. The cap is bag-like in shape and is of a gauze-like material. It fits loosely over the user's head, but is retained by elastic around the opening. A transparent plastic shield is located in the central section of the cap. When the cap is worn conventionally, the shield faces upward and is located on top of the user's head. Pulling the forward edge of the cap downward locates the shield in front of the user's face. This shields the user from contact with any body fluids of a trauma victim while the attendant performs emergency treatment.
