An electrode material useful as a dry in place deposit comprising at least one metal chelating polymer; an active material capable of reversibly intercalating lithium ions; a plurality of electrical conductor particles; a binder polymer. The electrode material is formed into a slurry using a non-aqueous solvent. The metal chelating polymer may be a reaction product of a polyphenolic polymer; an aldehyde, a ketone, or mixtures thereof; and an amine. The electrode material slurry is deposited on a current collector and dried to form a positive electrode in a secondary lithium ion battery. The deposited electrode material has high flexibility, adhesion to the current collector, resistance to electrolyte damage, and low electrical resistance. The electrode material forms a superior positive electrode at a relatively low additional cost and with no increase in process complexity.

A controlled and closed agricultural system includes a growing space and an air handling system having an enthalpy wheel and cooling coil. The enthalpy wheel is capable of transferring sensible and latent heat and is positioned in and rotatable through a recirculating air duct and an outside air duct. The recirculating air duct is in fluid connection with the growing space and one or more recirculation fans, while the outside air duct is in fluid connection with one or more outside air fans positioned to cause outside air to flow countercurrent to recirculating air. A cooling coil is positioned within the recirculating air duct, downstream of and in series with the enthalpy wheel. The cooling coil circulates a heat transfer fluid to remove additional heat from the recirculating air.

Disclosed is a neutral to alkaline inorganic conversion coating composition that can be applied directly to a metal surface without a phosphatizing pre-treatment and that provides significant corrosion protection to the surface. The coating composition is very versatile and can accommodate addition of a wide variety of organic polymers which can be added directly to the coating composition thus eliminating multistep coating processes.
