A two wheeled trailer is used to propel a two wheeled vehicle such as a bicycle or a scooter. The trailer is powered by an electric motor and at least one battery. The control of the motor is through a potentiometer attached to the handlebars of the vehicle and in electrical communication with a controller. The trailer is attached to the vehicle by an attachment arm that is mounted near the rear axle of the vehicle. A coupler that allows three axes of rotation attaches the trailer to the vehicle.

The test device includes a removable plate providing connections for access to a device under test when located within the test device. It also includes a base plate for use in securing a removable nest plate within the test device to accommodate testing of various configurations of devices under test.

A customizable nest plate for securely positioning a device to be nested. An alignment device may be used to position nest pins within one version of the nest plate. In another version, several tugboat stop blocks may be adjusted and secured against a nest plate having many threaded apertures in order to secure the device to be nested. In addition, adjustable ramps may be used to adjust the height of a device to be nested above the surface of the nest plate.

An outer box provides for primary shielding of the device under test from external RF energy.
