Methods and systems for balanced conformity in chat conversations are disclosed. A method includes: collecting, by a computing device, data from an ongoing group chat; determining, by the computing device, a baseline tone for a plurality of participants in the ongoing group chat using the collected data; determining, by the computing device, a current tone for the plurality of participants in the ongoing group chat using the collected data; determining, by the computing device, a conformity risk score using the baseline tone and the current tone for the plurality of participants in the ongoing group chat; and in response to determining that the conformity risk score exceeds a first predetermined threshold, the computing device automatically inviting an additional participant to join the ongoing group chat.

Balanced conformity in chat conversations

Determining a group of participants for a collaborative messaging session includes receiving a user message containing a request for information, determining one or more keywords associated with the user message, and determining a group for the collaborative messaging session. A queue length for the group is determined, and one or more candidates is determined based on the one or more candidates being associated with the one or more keywords in which a number of the one or more candidates based upon the queue length. An invitation is transmitted to each candidate to join the collaborative messaging session.

Cognitively generating user group using optimal messaging queue lengths for collaborative messaging platforms

Text content provided to one or more content providers that contains one or more textual elements describing an issue experienced by a user interacting with a product in development is received. The received text content into one or more textual elements of interest associated with the issue is parsed. Whether there exists issue entries in a repository that include one or more of the textual elements of interest, wherein each entry includes a predetermined risk level associated with the issue is determined. If there exists a plurality of entries in a repository that include one or more of the textual elements of interest: entry in the repository that most closely matches the one or more textual elements of interest is identified, and a risk level for the issue, based, in part, on the predetermined risk level of the identified entry, is determined.

Risk assessment in online collaborative environments

A method and system for improving an automated online message linking system is provided. The method includes automatically selecting keywords in an online transcript generated via a messaging software application. The keywords are analyzed with respect to technical skill based software tags stored within a database repository. Contribution attributes associated with user communications are determined and associated software code is generated and executed. Users are ranked within a multidimensional array of a memory device thereby modifying a functionality of the specialized memory device. The multidimensional array is scanned with respect to the technical skill based software tags and matrix based weightings are generated. A group of users is automatically selected and hardware devices are automatically connected to the messaging hardware device.

Automated device communication linking

An application executable on a computing device having a display, a memory and a processor is provided. The application creates a blank record having a plurality of unpopulated input fields. The display displays multiple lines of text in another application. The input fields are then populated by repeated execution of first and second user interface commands. The processor interprets the first command so as to mark a text portion extending along at least part of at least one line of the text, and the second command so as to populate one of the input fields based on the marked text portion. Once the input fields are populated the now populated record can be saved through a third user interface command.

A collaborative process server receives an indication that the originator has initiated a collaborative process that generates collaborative content to be tracked. The collaborative process server is utilized to share the collaborative content associated with the collaborative process with at least one recipient. Computer implemented event(s) associated with the shared collaborative content by recipients are detected. Information associated with the collaborative process is automatically transformed in response to detected event(s) associated with the shared collaborative content, wherein a notification of the occurrence of the event(s) is propagated to the originator. The notification is generated in response to detected event(s) and is based upon the transformed information. Propagating the notification can include evaluating a rule to determine a when or how the notification is propagated.

Event triggered notifications for collaborative processes

Notifying a user of a collaborative process that an event of interest has occurred, includes providing a graphical user interface that graphically interacts with a user to identify electronically generated collaborative content of a corresponding computer-executed collaborative process that is to be tracked, wherein the user defines an originator of the generated collaborative content; designating at least one event that triggers a notification to the originator of the collaborative content; communicating with a collaborative process server computer to identify at least one event associated with the collaborative process to monitor; receiving an indication that at least one designated event has occurred; and modifying a visual display of the shared collaborative content when a designated event associated with the shared collaborative content is detected.

A collaborative process server computer receives an indication that the originator has initiated a computer implemented collaborative process that generates collaborative content to be tracked. The collaborative process server computer is utilized to share the collaborative content associated with the collaborative process with at least one recipient. Computer implemented event(s) associated with the shared collaborative content by recipients are detected. Information associated with the collaborative process is automatically transformed in response to detected event(s) associated with the shared collaborative content, wherein a notification of the occurrence of the event(s) is propagated to the originator. The notification is generated in response to detected event(s) and is based upon the transformed information.

A method for identifying knowledgeable and available contacts in a given instant messaging system for possible communication purposes. The method includes a computer receiving a keyword and searching for the keyword in correspondence files of users of the instant messaging system. Based on the results of the search, the computer identifies users that have used the keyword in their correspondence. The computer determines the availability of each of the identified users and ranks the identified users based on predefined criteria, which includes at least the determined availability.

Determining relevant contacts based on expertise and availability

Prior to, or during, a first electronic conference session, a user input is received indicating a request to record content of a first electronic conference session. Responsive to the user request, content of the first electronic conference session can be recorded. The recorded content of the first electronic conference session can be associated with at least one calendar entry in the electronic calendar.
