The present invention is directed to an extrudable resin composition and a method of extruding the extrudable resin composition, comprising a high temperature engineering thermoplastic, one or more reinforcement components, an enhancing filler component, a polymeric lubricant, and an external lubricant, wherein the extrudable resin composition is capable of withstanding temperatures up to about 427&#xb0; C. The invention is further directed to the use of the extruded pipes and/or lined pipes, produced according to the present method, in downhole tubular applications in oil and gas production; in line pipe, flow line, and transportation line applications in oil and gas production and supply operations; or in most any application where corrosive protection is required to transmit or store corrosive fluids, particularly at high temperatures.

High temperature liner

A liner assembly including a first ring member, a second ring member, a corrosion barrier ring, a first liner and a second liner. The first ring member has a body member with a first end and a second end. The first end has a first flange and a second flange extending therefrom. The first flange and the second flange define a space therebetween. The second ring member has an extended body member having a first end and a second end. The second end has a first flange and a second flange extending therefrom. The first flange and the second flange define a space therebetween. The corrosion barrier ring is disposed between and cooperates with the first end of the first ring member and the second end of the second ring member. The first liner is configured to be secured in the space formed between the first flange and the second flange of the first ring member. The second liner is configured to be secured in the space formed between the first flange and the second flange of the second ring member.

High pressure pipe liner coupling assembly and method

An insulated tubing is disclosed having a liner, a pipe surrounding the liner defining an annulus between the pipe and the liner, a plurality of sets of spacers, and an insulating material located between the liner and pipe, substantially filling the annulus. The spacers within a set of spacers are spaced apart from each other around the circumference of the liner and each set of spacers is spaced apart from each other set along the length of the liner. A method for producing the insulated tubing is also disclosed.

Insulated tubing

A method of coating a conduit outlet fitting is disclosed. In the method, a tooling plate is positioned between a cover and a body of the conduit outlet fitting. The tooling plate has a hanger tooling block and a plug tooling block affixed thereto and positioned inside the body when the tooling plate is positioned between the body and the cover. A hanger is passed through a conduit opening and attached to the hanger tooling block. A plug is passed through another conduit opening and attached to the plug tooling block. The hanger and the plug each have a cap disposed thereon for covering an external end of their respective conduit openings. The assembled structure is suspended from the hanger and dipped into a liquid protective coating material to form an external coating thereon. The cover, the body and the tooling plate cooperate to form complementary male and female seals on the cover and the body. The dip coated structure is removed from the coating material and cured. The coating material around the tooling plate and beyond the caps on the hanger and plug are removed and the dip coated cover is removed from the body, and the tooling plate, hanger, plug and tooling blocks are removed from the dip coated body.

Coated conduit outlet fitting and method and apparatus for forming a

A coated conduit outlet fitting has the coating formed into complementary and mating male and female seals on the body and cover, respectively. The seals are preferably formed in an inverted V-shaped tongue and groove seal arrangement. A tooling and a method for making a coated conduit outlet fitting with the male and female seals are also disclosed.
