Various implementations disclosed herein include devices, systems, and methods that provide a view of a three-dimensional (3D) environment in which virtual content is presented. For example, an example process may include obtaining virtual content and positioning the virtual content within a view of a 3D environment by determining on-screen content and off-screen content, positioning the on-screen content on a virtual screen within the 3D environment, and positioning off-screen content outside of the virtual screen within the 3D environment. The method may further include presenting the view of the 3D environment including a presentation of the on-screen content on the virtual screen and the off-screen content outside of the virtual screen.

In some implementations, a method of generating a third person view of a computer-generated reality (CGR) environment is performed at a device including non-transitory memory and one or more processors coupled with the non-transitory memory. The method includes: obtaining a first viewing vector associated with a first user within a CGR environment; determining a first viewing frustum for the first user within the CGR environment based on the first viewing vector associated with the first user and one or more depth attributes; generating a representation of the first viewing frustum; and displaying, via the display device, a third person view of the CGR environment including an avatar of the first user and the representation of the first viewing frustum adjacent to the avatar of the first user.

Aerobic exercise equipment includes a frame body having a base portion that rests on a floor surface, and a seat portion. Shaft portions fixed with respect to the frame body define pivot axes aligned with a front edge of the seat portion. A pair of arm exercise bars are mounted each at a side of the seat portion to swing forward about first shaft portions when the person grips the bars while seated. A pair of leg exercise bars are also mounted each at a side of the seat portion to swing upward about second shaft portions when the seated person's feet are urged against the leg exercise bars. In a preferred embodiment, all of the shaft portions on which the arm and the leg exercise bars are mounted have a common axis, and adjacent arm/leg exercise bars at the sides of the seat portion have an associated torsion spring and limit stop mechanism. Adjustable paddle assemblies are used in place of the spring mechanisms in an underwater version of the equipment.
