A method of forming an integrated circuit includes forming at least a first or a second set of devices in a substrate, forming an interconnect structure over the first or second set of devices, and depositing a set of conductive structures on the interconnect structure. The first and second set of devices are configured to operate on a first supply voltage. Forming the interconnect structure includes depositing a set of insulating layers over the first or second set of devices, etching the set of insulating layers thereby forming a set of trenches, depositing a conductive material within the set of trenches, thereby forming a set of metal layers, and forming a portion of a header circuit between a first and a second metal layer. The header circuit is configured to provide the first supply voltage to the first set of devices.

Integrated circuit and method of forming the same

An integrated circuit includes a first set of devices, a set of metal layers and a header circuit. The first set of devices are configured to operate on a first supply voltage, and are located on a first layer of the integrated circuit. The set of metal layers are above the first layer, and includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer extends in at least a first direction and a second direction. The header circuit is above the first set of devices. At least a portion of the header circuit is positioned between the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The header circuit is configured to provide the first supply voltage to the first set of devices, and is configured to be coupled to a first voltage supply having the first supply voltage.

An integrated circuit includes a first set of devices, a set of metal layers and a header circuit. The first set of devices are configured to operate on a first supply voltage, and are located on a first layer of the integrated circuit. The set of metal layers are above the first layer, and includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer extends in at least a first direction and a second direction. The header circuit is above the first set of devices. At least a portion of the header circuit is positioned between the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The header circuit is configured to provide the first supply voltage to the first set of devices, and is configured to be coupled to a second voltage supply having a second supply voltage different from the first supply voltage.

Disclosed is a disposable sealing piece having a game unit, the sealing piece is a sealing film or an upper cover, to cover and seal an opening of a disposable container. A print layer is disposed on surface of the disposable sealing piece, and on the print layer is disposed at least a game unit. When a cup, a bowl of disposable container, or a meal box is covered with the sealing film or the upper cover, it is capable of providing game functions of context interactions. The structure of the disposable sealing piece makes use of the conventional sealing piece, and through patterns of elaborate design, to integrate body gesture, mood, and game together, to provide and present a combined real scene for the entertainment of the user. The game thus obtained include various dances, sports, Kungfu, combined real scene, and parent-child interactions.

A sustained release composition comprising a polymer and manufacturing method thereof. The sustained release composition comprises a polymer, a bioactive agent, and a release rate determined agent, wherein the release rate determined agent is dispersed in the sustained release composition to control the release rate of the bioactive agent. The method comprises providing an oil phase comprising a bioactive agent, a polymer, and a release rate determined agent; providing an aqueous phase comprising a surfactant; mixing the oil phase with the aqueous phase to form the sustained release composition having a controlled release effect.

Sustained release composition and manufacturing method thereof

A remote monitoring and directing system including at least one video camera at the first-aid side to observe the situation of casualty and the operation on the casualty is provided. At least one microphone is disposed at the first-aid side for communicating with the first-aid personnel and directing a clinical operation. At least one medical instrument standard interface is disposed at the first-aid side for transmitting the electrocardiogram or other physiological information. At least one video/audio and data server is disposed at the monitoring side for managing information integration. A plurality of authorized computer systems is set up for conferring with and directing the first-aid station or the ambulance via the Internet, so as to give a direction. A wireless or cable connection is used for the conference between the first-aid side and the monitoring side.

Movable monitoring equipment and remote monitoring and directing system

The present invention discloses a portable blackbody furnace comprising a metallic body, a cylindrical cavity with a tapered end in the metallic body, a shielding plate positioned at an open end of the cylindrical cavity, at least a first heaters positioned in the shielding plate, a plurality of second heaters positioned around the metallic body, and a plurality of thermometers positioned in the metallic body. Preferably, the heat capacity of the metallic body is larger than 200 Joules/K, and has radial thickness larger than 5 mm. There are grooves formed on the outer wall of the metallic body, and the second heaters are heating wires embedded inside the grooves. In addition, the flow direction of the current between two adjacent heating wires is opposite to eliminate the magnetic field generated from the current flow.

Portable blackbody furnace

A wide image scanner which can scan the image of a large scale original using only a regular image sensor is provided. The invention includes a sliding shaft, an image reading device, a number of paper width sensors, a paper edge sensor, and a control module. Whenever the paper edge sensor detects the presence of an end edge of the original, it will send a vertical control signal to the control module to control the rotation direction of the rollers. On the other hand, the paper width sensors detect the width of the original and send the horizontal control signals to the control module. From the horizontal control signals, the control module can determine the number of horizontal displacement positions and control the horizontal displacement each time for the image reading device after the paper edge sensor detects the end edge of the original. The procedure continues until the image reading device has been moved to the final displacement position predetermined by the horizontal control signal. Consequently, the entire image of the origin can automatically be read portion by portion without manual operation.

Wide image scanner

When the driver of a step motor is executed in a personal computer, its speed will be varied in response to the speed of the CPU. To provide a constant and stable speed of the step motor, the present invention automatically detects the system model and the CPU model of the personal computer when the host computer is power-on. In addition, the present invention establishes a lookup table which records a proper delay times for a corresponding system model and CPU model. After obtaining the CPU model and the system model, the proper delay times can be found by looking up the lookup table. The delay times obtained can be provided for the delay subroutine for the driver, thereby to update the delay parameter required for the delay subroutine. Consequently, the speed of the step motor will be automatically updated in response to the system performance of a personal computer to guarantee a smooth and stable stepping motion for a step motor.

Method for step motor control

A blackbody furnace, mainly comprising a radiation cavity, a thermally insulating layer, a heater, a housing, a temperature controller, an airflow controller and a high-pressure air source. Besides, a gas channel is provided at the bottom of the radiation cavity to conduct the interior of the furnace chamber with the exterior. In the process of lowering the temperature of the blackbody furnace, the airflow controller could be actuated by the temperature controller or by an operator. Therefore, the room-temperature high-pressure air will enter the radiation cavity through the gas channel to fast cool down the radiation cavity. Finally, heat air will be vented from an opening at the front end of the radiation cavity. The present invention utilizes forced convection to enhance the efficiency of heat dissipation to fast lower the temperature of the blackbody furnace.

Blackbody furnace

A cost effective and easily assemblable image scanning device with a relatively stable and satisfactory scanning effect is disclosed. The present image scanning device is used in an image scanner having a light source and a focusing reflector device. The image scanner device includes a brightness reflection device for generating a brightness reflection signal in response to a light signal from the light source; an image sense device for respectively generating an image sense signal and a reference brightness signal in response to an object reflection signal from the object to be scanned and the brightness reflection signal; and a brightness-controlling device electrically connected to the image sense device for compensating the image sense signal in response to the reference brightness signal.

The present invention includes a housing for providing space to hold elements of the scanning system, a document holder is used for holding a document, which can be separated from the scanning system. Further, the document holder includes a transparent plate and a document cover. The document cover includes a memory alloy for covering a document and a rotatable rod. A plate having an opening for feeding the document holder into the scanning system. An image capturing device is set in the scanning system for capturing the image of the document. A pair of tracks are formed in the housing for holding the document holder.

Apparatus for scanning

The present invention includes a housing for providing space to hold elements of the scanning system, a document holder is used for holding a document, which can be separated from the scanning system. Further, the document holder consists of a first cover and a second cover. One end of the first cover is connected to one end of the second cover via a pair of pins. The document holder can be pivotally opened for feeding the document into the document holder. A plate having an opening is connected to the housing. The opening is used to provide a path for feeding the document holder into the scanning system. An image capture device is set in the scanning system for capturing the image of the document. A pair of tracks respectively are attached on the inner side walls of the housing for holding the document holder. Document holder rejecting means is utilized for rejecting the document holder.

Cassette scanning system

A device for controlling the illuminance of a light source in order to quickly warm up the light source to a certain brightness for a scanning operation is disclosed. The device allows multi-stages of current to be provided for the light source by adjusting a capacitance therein. For a two-stage illuminance control before scanning operations, a current having an intensity greater than required for the normal scanning operation is provided for the light source to excite the brightness of the light source to exceed the certain brightness required for the scanning operation in the first stage, and a current for generating the desired brightness for the scanning operation substitutes for the exciting current to be provided for the light source in the second stage. Thereafter, the scanning operation is performed after a short period of brightness stabilization.

Device for multi-stage illuminance control for light source of scanner

A sheet jamming-proof mechanism for a paper-feeding system provided outside of a left and a right paper boundaries delimited along a predetermined paper-feeding pathway to supervise the paper-feeding direction for preventing sheet jamming. The sheet jamming-proof mechanism includes: a plurality of touch plates, each touch plate being closely contiguous to the outside of the left or right boundary of paper-feeding pathway and being elastically hold by the paper-feeding system so that the touch plate is forced to shift when the contact plate is pressed by a deviated paper; a plurality of detectors, each detector locates in the vicinity of the touch plate to sense the shift of the touch plate; and a controller which controls the driving device of the paper-feeding system to alter the ordinary paper-feeding operation for preventing sheet jamming when shift of any touch plate is sensed by the detectors.
