Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a leaf spring for coupling a heat sink to an integrated circuit, where the leaf spring includes a central portion that has an aperture, a first spring arm that is formed on a first side of the central portion and includes a first through-hole for a first fastener, and a second spring arm that is formed on a second side of the central portion and includes a second through-hole for a second fastener. In various embodiments, a first bending axis passes through the first side and is substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the leaf spring that passes through the first through-hole and the second through-hole, and a second bending axis passes through the second side and is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the leaf spring.

A start assist system is configured to generate torsion load on an crankshaft of a motorcycle. The configurations include a hub adapted to couple with a kick start lever on a motorcycle, a load generating unit, the loading generating unit adapted to generate torsion on the hub, and circuitry to regulate operation of the load generating unit in response to a position of the kick start lever. The torsion load operates to assist an operator to kick-start the machine.

Apparatus for elctrolytically removing silver from a spent photographic processing solution. A thin flexible cathode sheet is removably fitted within the inside periphery of a tank which receives the solution. A lid unit is removably secured over the tank and rotatably supports an anode assembly extending within the tank. A power unit is removably secured on the lid unit and carries a motor for driving the anode assembly to circulate the solution. An electric power conducting circuit in the power unit is automatically connected to the anode assembly and the cathode when the power unit is secured.
