A method for preparing a self-cleaning transparent thermal insulation nanocoating includes steps of (1) preparing an acidic aqueous solution, and adding polyoxyethylene dinonyl phenyl ether and graphene into the acidic aqueous solution; (2) preparing a transparent composite nanosol by adding titanate, zinc alkoxide, ytterbium alkoxide and siloxane into the acid aqueous solution through sol-gel reaction; (3) preparing a primary coating by spraying the transparent composite nanosol onto a glass surface; and (4) spraying a dilute alkaline solution onto the primary coating to condense and crosslink components in the primary coating, so that the self-cleaning transparent thermal insulation nanocoating is in-situ generated.

The present invention provides a multispectral color imaging device, an automatic calibration method based on a reference reflective surface, and a method for eliminating background signals. The device and calibration methods of the present invention together improve the accuracy and stability of the measurement.

Multispectral color imaging device based on integrating sphere lighting and calibration methods thereof

The present disclosure provides a method and a computer-readable storage medium for color quality assessment of a batch-sample image based on multispectral imaging. The method comprises: selecting an operation area on a reference image and locating a corresponding operation area on a batch-sample image, wherein the reference image is used for color comparison with the batch-sample image to determine whether the batch-sample image satisfies a pass requirement; generating and comparing the color-information items obtained from the reference image and from the batch-sample image respectively and determine whether the batch-sample image satisfies the pass requirement based on one or more thresholds. This method can be applied to automatically and precisely assess the quality of mixed-color fabrics in textile industry, which is more objective, reliable, and cost-effective, as compared to conventional methods for color quality assessment.

Fast focusing methods and devices for multi-spectral imaging are disclosed. The method comprising selecting one of a plurality of imaging channel as a reference channel, adjusting rotation positions of a stepper motor, calculating focus measures corresponding to all rotation positions of the stepper motor, and obtaining a first distribution curve; in each of the other imaging channels, selecting at least three rotation positions of the stepper motor, matching focus measures at the selected rotation positions with the first distribution curve to obtain a second distribution curve and a offset value between the first distribution curve and the second distribution curve, and calculating a clear focusing position of the imaging channel to be focused according to the offset value; performing a fine-tuning focusing, and thereby obtaining a more precise clear focusing position. A fast focusing for multi-spectral imaging and obtain clear multi-spectral images is obtained.

The present invention describes a novel antibacterial treatment on textile materials using polymeric core-shell particles dispersing in water. These particles are prepared from a surfactant-free emulsion polymerization according to the method of U.S. Pat. No. 6,573,313 and have average particle sizes in the range of 100 to 1000 nm in diameter. When applied to a textile article, the particles form a uniform coating, which prevents the growth of bacteria and microbes. The treatment does not affect the fabric mechanical properties, hand feeling and appearance. Antibacterial activity on cotton is maintained even after 50 times of home laundering.
