A method for analyzing stored frames of time-stamped imaging data and time-stamped physiologic data obtained during a study of a patient during a plurality of cardiac cycles. The imaging data includes frames representative of a succession of images of the patient's heart. These configurations use a computer to analyze the stored physiologic data to determine times of a selected phase in the plurality of cardiac cycles, select, in the plurality of cardiac cycles, stored images corresponding to the determined times of the selected phase, and align and average images corresponding to the selected phase across the plurality of cardiac cycles to produce a single representative frame of image data.

Methods and apparatus for analysis of angiographic and other cyclical images

A method of generating an image of a coronary artery tree for a patient. The method can include acquiring data from the patient for coronary artery segments and generating a coronary artery tree image including the coronary artery segments. The method can also include accessing coronary artery tree patterns, comparing the coronary artery tree image to the coronary artery tree patterns, and automatically selecting one of the coronary artery tree patterns as a representative coronary artery tree image for the patient. The method can further include measuring lesions and automatically adding the lesion measurements to the coronary artery tree image for the patient.

Coronary artery tree imaging system and method

Certain embodiments of the present invention provide methods and systems for determining a location of an object of interest for use in image calibration. Certain embodiments of a method include loading an image of at least a portion of a patient. The image includes an object of interest. The method further includes retrieving patient data related to the patient, and automatically generating a proposed height value of the object of interest in relation to a reference location. The proposed height value is generated by selecting a height value from a set of height values based on the patient data. In certain embodiments, the reference location is a positioning tabletop. In certain embodiments, the patient data includes patient height and/or patient weight, and the set of height values is indexed based on height and/or weight by gender.

System and method for determination of object location for calibration using patient data

A method for selecting images for coronary analysis using time stamps to correlate cardiovascular images to corresponding physiological or hemodynamic monitoring, e.g., ECG, data. The method uses time stamps that are intrinsic to a distributed network clock synchronization protocol for correlation of images and data. A coronary analysis system is employed to correlate images with physiologic data, e.g., using time stamp data as well as offset data derived using the distributed network clock synchronization protocol.
