A target acquisition device that can determine a ballistics solution based on parabola characteristics. The parabola characteristics can be modeled in UI coordinates on the y-axis (e.g., pixels, mm, . . . ) and physical coordinates (e.g., feet, yards, meters, . . . ) on the x-axis. Zeroing data can be leveraged that establishes high quality reference points for two or more zeroed distances such that high quality ballistics solutions can be determined for other suitable (e.g., non-zeroed) distances as a function of parabola modeling techniques.

Ballistic solutions based on parabola characteristics

A table attachable to the tailgate of a vehicle extends from the tailgate. The table is foldable between a stowed and a deployed configuration. In the stowed configuration the table can be folded against the vehicle tailgate or extend transverse to the tailgate and securable to the vehicle. In the deployed configuration the table when extended in the plane of the tailgate forms a surface.

The invention is a piezoelectric self-cleaning apparatus, such as a chemical injection pump. The chemical injection pump is self-cleaning by employing either as an integral part or as an added part, a piezoelectric component that implosively cleans the pump head. This invention involves a liquid delivery system made of a liquid processing path and a piezoelectric actuator connected to or integral with said liquid processing path to enhance removal of unwanted solids from the liquid processing path or to maintain a blend, mix and/or integrity of a liquid chemical, wherein the liquid chemical does not precipitate particles, crystallize, separate or come out of solution.

Self cleaning piezoelectric chemical apparatus and method of use

A method for testing computer software is described. The method is intended for operation on software which may or may not have been previously subjected to unit and integration tests, to determine if it will meet the specific requirements of an end user. The method is applicable to internally developed, contractor developed, or vendor supplied software. The method includes application in six key process areas. The six key process areas are development of a test plan, development of test cases to support the plan, development of an environment to simulate the technical environment in which the program will operate, test execution in which the tests are executed in a technical environment, compiling and analyzing the results and finally reporting the results in a form whereby the end user can determine both the feasibility of the software system for the specific requirements and any areas where additional testing or modifications are necessary.

Requirements based software testing method

Conveyor cleaning assemblies are disclosed for cleaning endless conveyors such as for conveyor belts or chains. Each assembly includes a cleaning head which carries brushes for engaging one or more adjacent surfaces of the conveyor and a head support for holding the cleaning head in a fixed position adjacent a predetermined portion of the conveyor path. The cleaning head is engaged on the head support by sliding engagement movement in a direction generally parallel to the direction of movement of the conveyor that is contacted by the cleaning head, with the cleaning head and the head support having abutment stops to limit this engagement movement. Accordingly, the friction forces of the conveyor hold the cleaning head in position on the support without requiring any further attachment devices. In one embodiment, a cleaning head with brushes and a scraper is so mounted for cleaning a conveyor belt. In other embodiments cleaning heads with brushes are so mounted on opposites sides of large conveyor chains.

Apparatus for cleaning conveyors

Multiple conveyor cleaning assemblies are mounted on a section of the support rail of a large chain conveyor, with each assembly including one or more long-bristled brushes for cleaning the chain as it moves through that rail section. The side cleaners are mounted on supports which are readily swingable between their chain-engaging cleaning positions and retracted positions wherein the brushes are withdrawn from the chain and related structures for ready removal and replacement of the cleaning heads. A single latch bolt holds each of these side cleaners in the cleaning position. Further, each cleaning head is engaged on its respective support by simple slide engagement in the direction of movement of the contacted conveyor chain whereby the frictional engagement of the chain holds the cleaner in its cleaning position on the support without further attachment between the cleaning head and its support. A top cleaner includes three brushes mounted on one holder such that their bristle axes converge for cleaning the upward projecting top portions of the chain components. Multiple provisions are made for adjusting each of the brushes in its operative position.

Apparatus for cleaning of conveyors

A cleaning apparatus for an overhead conveyor system is disclosed which provides continuous cleaning of the system for smooth, trouble-free operation. The apparatus preferably includes one or more exteriorly-mounted wire brush assemblies which are arranged on the guide-rail of the conveyor system for operative cleaning engagement with the movable conveyor. A threaded adjustment arrangement is preferably provided so that the pressure exerted on the conveyor by the cleaning brushes can be selectively varied. For conveyors comprising an enclosed, box-section guide rail, the present apparatus is preferably configured to include a tension-carrying internal brush assembly which is integrated into the conveyor itself. In the preferred form, cleaning engagement is effected between the exteriorly-mounted brushes and the tension-carrying internal brush whereby the internal brush is periodically cleaned.

The outboard motor locking device includes a block which is fixed to the inner wall of the transom of a rowboat and which has a pair of downwardly extending clamp screw receiving slots that are adapted to receive the clamping screws of an outboard motor mounting clamp. Within the block between the slots is a cavity and an arm is rotatably mounted therein about the midpoint thereof. A pin is pivotally connected to each end of the arm and each pin is received in a pin hole which traverses and extends across one of the slots. A key operated lock is connected to the arm for rotating the arm to move th pins into and out of latching positions across the slots for locking the clamp screws within the slots. The locking device further includes a cover which is pivotally mounted to one side of the block and is receivable over the outer ends of the clamp screws and a portion of the outboard motor mounting clamp. The other side of the cover has a key operated latch member and the block has a catch member positioned to receive the key operated latch.
