A filter covering for a sterile container lid, for completely covering at least one gas exchange portion, which is provided on a lid component of the sterile container lid, on an outside of the sterile container lid, the filter covering having at least two clip portions arranged opposite to each other on the filter covering, which are adapted to engage in a form-fitting manner in at least two clip receiving portions provided on the lid component, and by which the filter covering is mountable to and dismountable from the lid component without tools.

A modularly structured lid for a sterile container includes a lid component, which has at least one gas exchange portion, on which, on the inner side of a lid, at least one filter device can be arranged, and at least one filter covering by which the at least one gas exchange portion can be completely covered on an outside of the lid. The lid component has at least one standardized clip receiving portion and the filter covering has at least one standardized clip portion, by which the filter covering and the lid component can be interlockingly fixed to each other, and can be mounted and removed without tools. A sterile container can include such a lid and a filter covering for such a lid.

A drain valve for a sterile container includes: a valve housing; a bypass that connects a container gas volume with an external gas volume; a valve body that blocks the bypass; and an actuator that displaces the valve body between a passage position and a blocking position. The valve body is displaceable according to a temperature and/or a pressure of the bypass gas volume. The valve housing has: at least one holding web, at least part of which can be located in a holding bracket of the valve receptacle; and a closure. The valve housing is pivotable from an open position into an installation position in which the closure can be fixed to a closure receptacle. When the valve housing is transferred into the installation position, the valve body is transferred into the blocking position and subjected to a closure force.

A filter cassette which is part of a filter system can be fastened to a sterile container lid. The sterile container lid serves to close a sterile container and to make a gas exchange possible between the container exterior and the container interior, without recontaminating the container material. In addition, the filter system fulfils a valve function. In order to center the filter cassette with respect to the sterile container lid, a first centering portion is provided on the filter cassette. The first centering portion interacts with a second centering portion on the sterile container wall section when the filter cassette is inserted into the sterile container lid.

The present application discloses a centering aid for a container having a container trough, with an access opening, a container lid and a seal. In the closed state of the container, the seal is arranged between the container trough and the container lid. The centering aid has a first centering device, which is provided on either the container lid or the container trough, and a second centering device, which is provided on the other of either the container lid or the container trough. The first and second centering devices interact in such a way as to ensure that, in the closed state of the container, the seal is in contact with the container trough and with the container lid along the entire periphery of the access opening.

A medical sterile container includes a tray-like first container part, a lid-type second container part, a fastener and a ventilation valve to ventilate a container interior surrounded by the first container part and the second container part. The fastener is mounted on one of the container parts so as to be pivotable between a closed position, in which the container parts are locked to one another by the fastener, and an open position in which the container parts are unlocked.

A surgical sterilizing container tub is provided on which a sterilizing container lid is adapted to be detachably fitted for formation of a surgical sterilizing container for holding surgical instruments for sterilization. The sterilizing container tub has a bottom and a container wall projecting from the bottom. The sterilizing container tub defines a set-down plane, and the bottom forms a fluid collection area for collecting fluid. In order to provide such a surgical sterilizing container tub and such a surgical sterilizing container with which fluid to be removed can be effectively conducted to the fluid collection area, the bottom has a fluid drainage surface which is inclined relative to the set-down plane and is in fluid connection with the fluid collection area for draining fluid in the direction of the container wall. A permanent filter for a medical sterilization container is provided. The permanent filter is made from a ceramic. The ceramic is made from globular substrate grains. A medical sterilization container is also provided, in particular for receiving and storing objects to be sterilized, having a container bottom part and a container top part for closing the container bottom part in a closed position of the sterilization container. At least one of the container bottom part and the container top part have a gas exchange orifice, which is closed with a permanent filter. The permanent filter is made from a ceramic and the ceramic is made from globular substrate grains. In addition, a method is provided for producing a permanent filter for a medical sterilization container. The permanent filter is produced from a ceramic material by sintering. Globular substrate grains are used as the ceramic material.

A surgical sterilizing container is provided, having a bottom and a container wall. A through-opening is formed on the sterilizing container for the exchange of media. A valve device having an outlet valve is provided for opening and closing the through-opening. In order to remove fluid which has formed in the container interior while reducing the risk of germs penetrating into the container interior, the through-opening is formed in the container wall at a distance from the bottom, and the sterilizing container has a fluid lifting device for providing a fluid connection from the bottom to the outlet valve and for lifting fluid from the bottom to the outlet valve. A surgical fluid extraction device is also provided for use with a surgical sterilizing container having a container wall and a bottom.

The invention relates to a medical document attachment device for a medical sterilization container. The document attachment device comprises a sterilization container lid having an upper side, and at least one document holder having a first attachment portion and spaced therefrom a second attachment portion and a clamping portion arranged between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion, the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion being fixed to the sterilization container lid when the document holder is connected to the sterilization container lid, and there being arranged between the clamping portion and the upper side of the sterilization container lid a document receptacle in which a document is fixable in a clamped manner by means of the clamping portion on the upper side.
