The present invention relates to a U-nut comprising, a substrate including a flex area wherein the substrate and the flex area include a polymer, a first substrate segment, a second substrate segment, and a flex area, wherein the first substrate segment and the second substrate segment are located adjacent to the flex area; a retainer located on the first substrate segment; and an acceptor located on the second substrate segment.

Splint for a wrist brace

A wrist brace is provided for supporting a hand and a wrist of a wearer. The wrist brace includes first and second rigid support members that define a cavity therebetween for receiving at least a portion of the hand and the wrist of a wearer. A removable pillow is operatively connected to the first rigid support member to protect the wrist from possible discomfort due to the impact of the wrist with an external item.
