A method of preparing a suture fixation device for use in surgery to treat pelvic organ prolapse includes providing a delivery device and a tissue fixation device. The tissue fixation device includes a tab connected to a tissue anchor, with the tissue anchor having a suture eyelet. The method includes instructing a user to hold the tab and insert the tissue anchor into the delivery device and breaking the tab away from the tissue anchor leaving the tissue anchor in the delivery device.

A penile prosthesis includes a penile prosthetic; a pump; a reservoir; first tubing adapted to couple the penile prosthetic to the pump; second tubing adapted to couple the reservoir to the pump; and a plate adapted to couple with the penile prosthetic. Tissue anchor delivery tool

A tissue anchor system includes a fixation device and a tool. The fixation device includes a tab connected to a tissue anchor. The tool includes a shaft connected between a proximal handle portion and a distal tip. The distal tip is configured to limit movement of the fixation device during loading of the tissue anchor.

A conical magnifying stage lens M:RT-TR-2RT:C comprising four component lenses with concave conical, convex conical and planar sections (faces). An afocal indicent beam from the object is refracted and enlarged two times and emitted parallel to the incident beam and the optic axis. The stage lenses can be stacked vertically to produce multiple magnification of images.

A single conical lens with a planar section (face) which transmits an annular incipient beam, a concave conical reflective section which reflects the beam, and a concave conical section which refracts the beam, forming a concentrated circular whole beam which is emitted parallel to the optic axis.

Conical beam concentrator

Two reciprocating cylindrical drive cams, each with a continuous spiral groove, mounted on a splined shaft, a driven cylindrical cam with two continuous spiral grooves mounted on a parallel shaft, and two reciprocating pins mounted in an intermediate housing between the drive cams and driven cam. The upper ends of the pins engage the grooves of the drive cams, and the lower ends of the pins engage the grooves of the driven cam. When the drive cams are locked together on the splined shaft, the drive cams revolve and the grooves impart reciprocating motion to the pins which impart revolving motion to the driven cam. When the drive cams are allowed to reciprocate on the splined shaft, the drive cams do not revolve and no motion is transmitted to the pins or to the driven cams.

Cylindrical cam clutch

A bilateral prism having two angular wedge faces which receive two convergent incipient beams of indirect sunlight and having two angular V-groove faces which emit a concentrated sheet beam. The prism is mounted on a rectangular block with angular lateral sides. The angle of the sides is such that two or three prisms can be mounted side by side with adjacent sides in contact so that the projected concentrated sheet beams converge onto a heat duct through which water or air circulate.

Prismatic beam concentrator

A hollow transparent glass prism having a planar face which receives a rectangular solar beam perpendicular thereto and having two angular wedge faces which refract the beam to form two concentrated convergent rectangular beams.

Inset solar prism

The disclosure is a hollow glass cylinder with an aluminized interior for the reception, temporary retention and study of concentrated solar radiation. The cylinder is toroidal in shape, with an inside wall and an outside wall joined by two end walls. A concentrated beam of high intensity is directed into the cylinder through a rotary light valve, with the line of entry of the beam forming a tangent with the inner surface of the outside cylinder wall. The beam is reflected around the inner surface of the wall, with the direction of propagation at the end of each revolution being parallel to the beam being received through the light valve.

Solar cylinder

A conical beam concentrator consisting of a series of six component lenses which receive a convergent conical beam of diffused sunlight and emit a concentrated circular whole beam. There are six annular lenses aligned on the veritcal optic axis, as follows; an upper lens with a convex conical section which forms the apex of the concentrator, and five lower lenses with inset convex conical sections of graduated increased diameters. Each lens consists of twelve sections separated by radial walls which are covered by an opaque coating of paint which intercepts radiation not perpendicular to the convex conical sections of the lenses. The upper and lower conical walls of each lens are also covered by an opaque layer of paint to intercept extraneous radiation.

Louvered conical beam concentrator RT:C

Five concentric annular conical beam concentrators mounted above a black-water heat-transfer tank through which domestic household water circulates in tubes. The conical beam concentrators receive convergent conical incipient beams of diffused sunlight and emit concentrated annular beams into the black water. The black water absorbs the heat of the beams and transfers the heat to the tubes through which the domestic water circulates. The panel is designed for use in cloudy overcast areas which receive little direct sunlight during the winter months.

Annular solar panel

An upper component lens which transmits and refracts a circular whole incipient beam into a lower component lens which transmits and refracts the beam, forming a divergent lateral beam in the horizontal plane. The beam concentrator is to be used as the lower stage of a pipe cutter.
