An inspection device for inspecting storage silos having mobile body with a tray portion for holding internal components for powering and controlling the inspection device, such as a control circuit and power source. Pairs of spaced apart in-line drive wheels are mounted to the tray portion. An external equipment mounting location (space) is provided between the pairs of drive wheels. A universal wiring harness is located within the tray portion and extends to the external mounting location such that at least two non-identical items of inspection equipment can be interchangeably mounted to the mobile body and connected to the wiring harness. A top portion may be secured over the tray portion to enclose the internal components. Optional fenders may be secured over the wheels and external equipment. Preferably, the external equipment can be swapped without having to remove the top portion from the tray portion.

In a process to treat gaseous components obtained from an in situ recovery of liquid hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbonaceous deposit the mercaptans and hydrogen sulfide are separated from each other using lean oil and the hydrogen sulfide further processed to obtain a sulfur-free fuel gas product. The rich oil obtained after treating the gaseous components can be used as a diluent with the liquid hydrocarbons or processed to remove and convert the mercaptans to disulfide oils.

A kiln having a body with an internal chamber accessible via an opening which normally is closed by a closure that is movable. Lift apparatus effects movements of the closure between its closed and opened positions. The lift apparatus includes an arm which overlies the closure and is pivoted to a support independently of the kiln body for rotation about a second axis that is spaced a selected distance from the axis about which the closure rocks. The lift arm is connected to the closure by a pivot coupling which maintains the lift arm and the closure substantially parallel and uniformly spaced apart throughout the movements of the closure. The pivotal connection of the lift arm to the closure enables relative movement of the lift arm and the closure during movements thereof to avoid imposing appreciable stress on either the arm or the closure.

Disclosed is a protective cover package for an endless, organic photoreceptor belt of an electrophotographic printer. The protective cover package is a flexible, closed loop sheet member which extends about an outer, photoreceptor coated surface of the endless belt. The photoreceptor coated surface of the endless belt is releasably secured to an inner surface of the sheet member, such that the sheet member supports the belt, and protects the photoreceptor surface from damage that would adversely affect the image reproduction quality of the belt. The sheet member has a belt loading configuration, that substantially duplicates the configuration of the endless belt when the belt is mounted onto support rollers of the electrophotographic printer. By replicating the configuration of the support rollers, loading of the belt onto the rollers is facilitated using the protective cover package. The sheet member also has a compact configuration that requires less volume than the belt loading configuration. The compact configuration of the sheet member minimizes shipping volume and storage space requirements for replacement photoreceptor belts.

Disclosed is a cartridge device for packaging an endless, organic photoreceptor belt of an electrophotographic printer. The cartridge device includes a substantially rigid, closed loop support structure and a resilient mechanism. The resilient mechanism engages the endless belt and releasably holds the belt against an inner surface of the support structure. The resilient mechanism holds the endless belt so that the belt substantially conforms to the shape of the support structure. The shape of the support structure essentially duplicates the configuration of the endless belt when the belt is mounted onto support rollers of the electrophotographic printer. By replicating the configuration of the support rollers, loading of a replacement photoreceptor belt onto the rollers is facilitated using the cartridge device. The cartridge device substantially protects the photoreceptor belt from inadvertent damage that would adversely affect the image reproduction quality of the replacement belt.

A cartridge device for packaging an endless, organic photoreceptor belt of an electrophotographic printer. The cartridge device is a closed loop support structure manufactured of a resilient material around which the endless belt extends. The resilient support structure has a belt loading configuration, that substantially duplicates the configuration of the endless belt when the belt is mounted onto support rollers of the electrophotographic printer. By replicating the configuration of the support rollers, loading of the belt onto the rollers is facilitated using the cartridge device. A development apparatus for developing a latent electrostatic image on an imaging substrate in a liquid electrographic imaging system includes a cleaning roller for removing back-plated developer from a development device such as a development roller, and a squeegee apparatus for.sub.-- removing both 'drip-line' developer liquid and 'wrap-around' developer liquid from the imaging substrate. The squeegee apparatus may include a squeegee roller having a crowned profile and a loading mechanism configured to achieve a uniform loading force across a pressure nip formed between the squeegee roller and the imaging substrate. The cleaning roller may include a fiber cleaning media and fluid delivery means for flushing back-plated developer from the cleaning media. The development apparatus also may include means for spacing the development apparatus relative to the imaging substrate without contacting the imaging substrate, thereby avoiding disruption of the motion quality of the imaging substrate.
