Examples are disclosed that relate to display devices and mounting brackets for securing a bezel to a display device. In one example, a display device comprises a display unit and a bezel comprising at least one pocket. The display device comprises a mounting bracket comprising a display unit attachment portion affixed to the display unit and at least one tongue that extends at least partially into the at least one pocket. Adhesive binds the at least one tongue to at least one surface of the at least one pocket, thereby coupling the bezel to the display unit via the mounting bracket.

A foldable electronic device includes a first portion, a second portion, and a hinge connecting the first portion and the second portion. The hinge is configured to allow pivoting movement of the first portion relative to the second portion, wherein the hinge has a hinge force. One or more magnets are coupled to the first portion, and a plurality of metal members are coupled to the second portion. Each metal member of the plurality of metal members is configured for individual removal from the second portion to define a magnetic force based on the hinge force, thereby allowing the first and second portions to be maintained together when in a closed orientation and allowing for easy one finger opening operation from the closed orientation.

Opening force control for foldable electronic devices

A storage apparatus uses the tube of an overhead door hinge to releasably attach a rack to hang storage items. The storage apparatus has a mounting hook affixed to a rigid rail and may also includes a support bracket for retaining space between the overhead door and the storage apparatus such that it remains parallel to the door when closed. An alternative embodiment includes a mounting bracket which can be attached to an overhead door and used in lieu of the hinges. Another embodiment includes a single hook which swings freely from the overhead door when mounted.

A computing device includes a support structure with at least one edge. The computing device includes a cover connected to the support structure. The cover extends to or beyond the at least one edge of the support structure by no more than between 0 and 100 microns over an edge length of at least 100 mm. A fabric cover includes a cover edge and a cover surface. The cover edge and/or the cover surface include an edge feature. A method of manufacturing a computing device is described. The method includes determining an edge of a computing device and based on the edge that was determined, cutting the fabric cover between 0 and 100 microns of the edge of the computing device over an edge length of the computing device of at least 100 mm.

Computing devices with formed edges and methods of manufacturing thereof

An input device is described. The input device may include at least four key caps of a keyset and a keyboard cover surrounding the at least four key caps. Each key cap of the at least four key caps may be separated by at least one gap. The at least one gap may be between 0.075 mm and 0.525 mm. A method of manufacturing an input device is described. The method may include measuring at least four keycaps in a keyset. Each key cap of the at least four key caps may be separated on a side from a keyboard cover by a gap. The method may include cutting a substrate to fit between the at least four keycaps in the keyset such that the gap of each of the at least four keys is between 0.075 mm and 0.525 mm.

Input devices and methods of manufacturing

A cable-retention device assembly includes a first assembly portion and a second assembly portion. The first and second assembly portions include a platform and a plurality of assembly joints. Each assembly joint includes a nose forming a terminal end, first and second interfacing sides extending from the platform to the nose, and a tunnel running through the assembly joint from the first interfacing side to the second interfacing side. Assembly joints of the first assembly portion are sized and shaped to cooperatively interface with assembly joints of the second assembly portion, such that tunnels of each plurality of assembly joints collectively define a cable-routing channel when the first and second assembly portions are mated. A cable is routable through the cable-routing channel to prevent separation between the first and second assembly portions.

A passenger airplane container system comprises a pod. The pod has a hollow generally cylindrical configuration. The pod further has a horizontal divider. The horizontal divider separates the pod into a passenger area and a baggage area. An airplane is provided. The airplane has a central pod receiving region with a closure device. The closure device is movable between an open orientation and a closed orientation. The open orientation so allows for the movement of a pod into the receiving region. The closed orientation securely encompasses the pod. In this manner the pod is securely contained for takeoff and flight and landing.
