A frame () for supporting a solar panel () may include at least a first frame section (-), having a bottom flange () provided at a base of the first frame section () and a frame sidewall (). A panel containment structure (), at an upper portion of the frame sidewall, may have a lower shelf () extending from the sidewall (). One or more reinforced mounting holes () may be provided in the bottom flange (), in the frame sidewall (), or both in the bottom flange and in the frame sidewall. The bottom flange, frame sidewall. () and panel containment structure may be formed at least in part from folds () provided in a single piece of first framework material, the first framework material having an average thickness. One or more reinforced mounting holes may include an opening having a depth greater than the framework thickness.

Methods and systems for reinforced mounting holes for solar panel frames

A frame precursor structure () is provided for use in forming a frame () that encloses at least a portion of a panel (). The frame precursor structure may include a framework material having a first end () and a second end (), the first and second ends defining a lengthwise dimension. A lengthwise fold () may define an intersection of a frame sidewall () with a bottom flange (). A first corner bend precursor axis () on the frame sidewall may define the interface of a first frame section (-) with a second frame section (-). Method and apparatus for mounting solar panels

A pre-compression dehydration system optimizes the gas flow parameters which are essential to the performance of a radial or spherical desiccant dryer. When used in conjunction with a low pressure dryer, the system protects the desiccant bed from channeling, which can cause the gas to flow unevenly through the desiccant bed and fail to make effective contact with the desiccant. The system provides a multiple zone, or divided, desiccant bed adsorption unit to maintain a proper flow distribution as required by the demand of the air compressor and to eliminate the potential for channeling. The system may also include a controller for automatically opening and closing the port access doors of the adsorption unit to control the amount of desiccant utilized to dry the air. A thermostatically controlled precooler may be provided for cooling the ambient air prior to adsorption to insure that the temperature of the effluent air will not exceed 100.degree. F. (37.8.degree. C.) as a result of the heat energy produced during the adsorption process. A heater may be provided within the desiccant bed to improve the rate of heat transfer to the desiccant media during the regeneration phase.

Divided radial and spherical desiccant bed adsorption units

An improved method and apparatus for removing moisture from compressed air through a pre-compression adsorptive desiccant bed, heat reactivated and regenerative air drying and filtration system. This system consists of an air filter affixed to a blower and in communication with a heater connected and communicating with a conduit communicating with a first valve and a second valve. The first and second valve are each connected to another conduit which is connected to a desiccant bed adsorption unit and another valve and conduit which is in communication with an air compression machine. Each desiccant bed is preferably of tubular configuration.

C. and at the extrapolated end point of 225.degree. C., a compression set after 22 hours at 70.degree. C. [158.degree. F.] 2.8 MPa [400 psi] load of 2 and a specific gravity of 2.
