A multi-way valve adapted to control a flow of fluid to different thermal fluid circuits includes a valve housing, a valve flow controller, and sealing systems. The valve flow controller is arranged in the valve housing to control flow through the valve housing. The sealing systems are configured to seal between the valve housing and the valve flow controller.

A user propelled golf cart includes a frame having front and rear ends. A seat, pedal, and front wheel are operatively coupled to the frame. A plurality of rear wheels are rotatably coupled to the frame rear end to rotate about a common imaginary axis. The pedals operatively rotate at least one wheel about an imaginary axis. A tub is configured to receive a golf bag. A storage rack includes a first section configured to be removably coupled to the frame rear end, a second section configured to be removably coupled to the frame between the front and rear ends, and a support leg. The front wheel is raised above the rear wheels when the first section is coupled to the frame rear end, the second section is coupled to the frame, and the support leg contacts a ground surface or a receiving member.

A generally C-shaped clip of electrically insulating material adapted for detachable connection to a pencil or the like mounts a switch comprising spaced contacts in the form of the bared ends of a conductor cord having on its other end a jack for connection to a recorder, and a metal sleeve is slidable along the clip between a switch-on position bridging the contacts and a remote switch-on position.

A passenger restraint device for an automotive vehicle wherein one end of a passenger restraint arm is pivoted on a member slidably displaceable along the door, a motion transmitting strap interconnects the restraint arm and another member slidable along the door, and the members carry latching and locking elements that are automatically connected in operative relation when the arm has been swung away from the door into passenger restraint position. The latch is manually releasable by the passenger.
